Well the first movie was good I was excited for the next one. Ghost rider: Spirit of vengeance it was a good movie but it's not the best but I still enjoy watching it. Warning: this next part has one word/spoilers. And finding out that there is no number 3 was a bit sad but I understand there decision. But the 2 movie had him as the angel again and there can't just end it like that it makes no sense really. But they have made a series but unfortunately it's not about Johnny blaze.

A very weak plot, a feeling that they were just trying to fill some time with something. Design - as if the schoolchildren filmed an amateur film as a project for graduation.

although this is the second film in the Ghost Rider series,it's not a sequel per SE.it's a standalone film, and in that regard I found it to be very entertaining.you don't have to see the first one to know what's going on.Nic age returns of course,as the title character.he does a good job again,no surprise.the supporting players are all very good as well.on a side note,i thought the special were not as well done as in the first film, but that's just me.anyway back to the supporting cast.Violante Placido(probably most recently known from the Transporter TV series)plays the female lead/sort of romantic interest, acquits herself quite well, stealing most of the scenes she is in.Idris Elba(Star Trek Beyonnd and the upcoming Thor: Ragnarök)lends strong support here,as well.Johnny Whitworth (the TV series The 100 and the TV series Blindspot)is the comic relief and I found him very funny.Ciarán Hinds plays the main villain to good effect.Fergus Riordan plays Danny.i hope they will make a third film down the road.for me aside from the Dodgy special effects-(a minor complaint) I liked this film.for me,Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is an 8/10

This Follow-Up to the OK "Ghost Rider" (2007) has Nic Cage returning to the Role and His Trademark Over Acting that He has "Patented" to the Delight of "Youtube" Yahoos.Cage has "Youtube Hits" up the Yin-Yang and His Shenanigans are Clipped and Enjoyed Routinely. In this one, as "Johnny Blaze" the "Rider" seems Dirty and is covered in Tar and Muck, the Cool Flaming Skull has also been Darkened and the Chopper and Chains aren't as Bright and Dynamic. This is all done, one guesses, for more Fancy Slow Motion, Gravity Defying, CGI where Folks are Suspended in the Air and after about the Umpteenth Time this happens it is about as Thrilling as another Music Video from Corporate Clowns who have Plenty of Money and are as Creative and Artistic as a Sports Channel trying to be Culturally Hip.The Movie Never Kicks Starts, and goes through the motions as Scenes are more Paraded Out than Thought Out as the Story becomes a Mess and the Action Familiar. There are a Few Moments of Funny that Work, one Involving a "Twinkie"."Ghost Rider" in Daylight, Come on! The Cutting Edge here is......wait for it......Taking a Pee.Overall, Not much to Recommend and Unfortunately this is one of those where the Sequel's Script was Signed in Blood and Cursed before it even Revved Up.
