This film isn't bad in itself with good cinematography and OK actors but it suffers from an incredibly weak scenario.An editor sending her journalists in Santiago although they can't speak 2 words of Spanish - and of course don't hire a guide/translator.A bad guy taking 2 bullets but he can still drive for miles and transport jerry cans as if nothing happens.Police and people seeing a badly burned guy near crime scenes where victims are burned and of course it doesn't click.Also the sub-story of the relationship between the two lovers isn't developed enough to be of interest and appears as a time-filler.There are better movies in this genre such as Joy Ride or Highwaymen.
