I haven't watched these movies since they first came out so I had to see if there was anything there. There isn't! I just watched part one and I remembered it not being that good, but it was the 90's and it was added to the long list of bad movies aimed at kids. Now watching this one, the dreaded sequel I find its not aimed at anyone. Yea there's kids jumping and yelling and throwing kicks and punches any 4 year old could master and they were up against idiots and so called ninjas and it was just hilarious. This one didn't even seem to have anything. The first one entertained kids, but this sequel was just like a bad episode of the power rangers or something...They replaced Rocky and Tum Tum from the first movie which was fine by me, The kid playing Tum Tum was way better. I heard this movie was made long after the 3rd part but released first so I don't know the details.I recommend if you must allow your kids to watch these kind of movies get the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or Karate Kid or even if you must have 3 Ninjas choose the first part over this one, because this movie sucks.

Is there anything more conniving, more desperate to make a buck, and more putrid than the 3 Ninjas franchise? Here's how it all began: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles became a huge success for young 'uns, as did Home Alone with all its child-hero-kicking-bad-guy-butt glory. Cram those two into the Kid-Flick-o-Matic, and look what comes out onto the plate: 3 Ninjas, complete with pizza and Nickelodeon-friendly villain traps. When the creators captured their already developed audience (I'll be honest, myself included), they raked up what cash they made and grinded out this somehow even less inspired sequel. This was my last 3 Ninjas film. My favorite scene? Sheesh, I've done everything in my power to completely forget this movie, but I vaguely recall middle ninja Colt trying to impress some girl on a street basketball court. I guess that will have to do. I don't want to waste much more time on this gunk, but thanks to 3 Ninjas Kick Back, I learned a valuable lesson at the age of twelve: When Hollywood wants a light snack, nothing beats the taste of gullible children.

This movie is a must see. we loved this movie so much we quote it all the time. We've even bought shuriken to continue our ninjitsu training... though we cant throw them (do you know how hard it is?) This movie is jam packed with fun and adventure. its amusing and fun for the whole family! even parents will enjoy it. it will give older kids memories from their youth when the movie was out. This movie has many great quotes and very cute actors. My personal favorite character is Micheal or "tum tum", his ninja name given to him by his grandfather. among my favorite lines are, "scramble" and "Hey, who ate all my good an' plenty?". I cant see how these adorable kids and this fun and a tad bit cheesy movie cant be a favorite of all ages. i hope you take the time to rent my favorite movie ever. i hope you enjoy it as much as i have!! this movie is a guaranteed good laugh!

During 1984 to 1990, there was a very popular movie series called the kungfu kids from Taiwan, and it was a total sold out at least in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Singapore and Thailand. A total of 6 movie series was shot and 5 of them involves the following stories: Kungfu kids come to town, kungfu kids takes over kidnap case and fights against african fighter, kungfu kids travels thru time, travel advantures of orphans, kungfu kids arrives in thailand (shot in 1990, last in movie series).Kungfu kids consists of 3 kids, 2 who are very good in kungfu and the last one (aged 6) was the comedy guy. This is exactly the same combination as 3 ninjas.3 ninjas appears to be developed from the same movie series, although the stories are completely different. It is still quite good as compared to the kungfu kids, and is nice to watch as the kungfu kids movies are no longer around as the firm "Thomson film company" of Taiwan has gone burst. As a side note, one of the guys from kungfu kids "Hsiao Hu Tso" acted as the young master ninja during his younger days in the movie 3 ninjas kick back (alternatively called 3 ninjas Japan). He got the role due to his fame in Japan as a member of the kungfu kids and specially fly into Japan from Taipei, Taiwan just to shoot the 2 minute kungfu sequence.
