Be forwarded, this review may contain some spoilers. I will try my best not to spoil it too muchI for one enjoyed the show. It was full of funny antics while keeping the viewer guessing what's going to happen next. It is full of some of my favorite guest stars, such as the cast from the original clue. It always made me want to keep watching. The story and the plot of show were well written in my opinion. The characters were great and had great personalities which helped add to the shows humor. My only thing I did not like about the show was the character Burton Guster. In my opinion, he was a pretentious, know it all full of useless information and a sad lonely loser who was also inconsiderate on many occasions and in every case a wuss. Many times while watching there were times where I would just say to myself "I really hate you Gus". But overall I really enjoyed the show, it was full of laughter and kept me on my toes. I still rewatch every season on occasion for a good laugh

Believe it or not, Rachael Leigh Cook's minor involvement in this is NOT the reason I gave it 10 out of 10.The simple fact is every episode had a laugh out loud joke. Not a chuckle that's funny joke like most funny sitcoms, but a joke that was honestly so funny that one actually laughs out loud when they see it.That is so rare in sitcoms. That is so rare in life.So why does Psych do that? Well a good reason is that fact that James Roday and Dulé Hill are mindbogglingly brilliant together. Literally they are possibly one of the best comedy duos that television has ever seen. They work so well together it is uncanny. And then the ensemble cast. Timothy Omundson, Corbin Bernsen, Kirsten Nelson, and Kurt Fuller are all at the top of their games. In fact the only one dangling is poor Maggie Lawson who was unfortunately stuck with playing the straight man...the one straight person in a cast of hysterical. And she did it well, she was the level, sane voice in that we could relate to.So Maggie didn't have a chance to shine while Roday and Hill played off one another in a manner that is best described as magic. It is not the best sitcom on television...but it is one of the few that has a moment, in nearly EVERY episode, that makes you laugh out loud.

Psych: TV Show ReviewPsych, winner of the People's Choice Award for Favorite Cable TV Comedy, is outstanding show for wide variety of audiences. The writers and cast make it amusing along with its comedy, romance, and superb use of 80's references. Its wit and humor reflect that of the TV series Chuck. However, it has a theme that is unique from all other shows on the air. Appealing to teens and adults alike, this is a smash hit. Though, for some audiences it is thought to be too immature or too childish. The main character, Shawn Spencer(James Roday), is an immature adult, whose language and references are stuck in the 80's. Every episode begins with a flashback of his detective father teaching him how to sharpen his skills so Shawn can follow in his footsteps. These flashbacks have a key role in the show by showing a moral in the episode. They also show how our character has a Sherlock Holmes type observation skills and childish humor. The writer and creator Steve Franks is known for many other films such as Big Daddy and Rush Hour. This experience with comedy and action plays a huge role in the success of the show. The show depicts Shawn helping police through calling in tips, until he does it one too many times and becomes a suspect in a case. No one believes him when says he knew what he knew by watching the news so he convinces them he is a psychic who uses spirits to solve crimes. It gets him out of trouble with the law but snowballs into career he never would have dreamed of. This could not have been as wonderfully written without this amazing writer. In the show, the main character falls in love with a female detective played by the main actor's girlfriend, Maggie Lawson. This makes it easier for them to show that they are in love and less acting is required. Their relationship outside is on and off which also helps when they break up in the during the series. Another relationship outside the series, is that of the friendship between James Roday and Dule Hill. They are pretty close outside the show and act similarly to each other as inside the show. Something that makes this show stand out from all the rest, however, is the special effects. When Shawn looks at clues closer, or has sudden flashbacks, it is clearly shown with different uses of filters and sounds. James Roday also does a wonderful job at cuing in the audience enough so they know what is going on but they are still plenty surprised by the ending. Overall, this is a great series, but some audiences might find it too immature or childish. I, however, think that along with his "psychic visions," the immaturity is exactly what adds comedy to the show. Its unique theme couldn't be as marvelously pulled off by any other cast or writing team. So, if you are looking for your next show to binge watch, make sure you look at Psych.

I loved this show so much u am practically begging them to create at lest one more episode this was literally the best show ever created I have watched the season over and over again I would give it 1000000000 out of 10. So I really think the should create at least one more episode it was the best show in the world next to Doctor who. I normal don't like a show this much but come one it was the best show every created the creator was one of the best show producers ever to be alive and who else agrees that they should create another episode or even season of psych I do. I like that at the end they got married and the man stole the ring that cracked me up and it never gets old none of the episodes get old I think I am speaking for everyone when I say create another season or at least episode.
