Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the Thirteenth Trailers

In this horror parody, a masked serial killer menaces the town of Bulimia Falls with various sharp objects. Attention-seeking television personality Hagitha Utslay is soon on the scene, reporting on the ever-growing body count. Former mall security guard Doughy shows up to protect the teenage population, but he's clearly not much help, allowing the murderer to pick off even more hapless kids as numerous scary movies are referenced.

Sure the jokes and sight gags are frequently dumb, lame, and crude and come so fast that there's no way to catch them all in one viewing, but what were you expecting? As these sort of parodies go, it's not a bad one, but not quite as good as, say, "A Haunted House", which was much along the same lines--it's not trying to be a "Scream" sort of meta-horror movie, but rather an all-out juvenile spoof, at which it succeeds decently. As long as you understand what you're getting yourself into, you "get" most of the pop-culture references, and you don't mind turning down (or off) your critical reasoning skills, you might really enjoy this like I did; however, it's certainly not right for someone looking for anything that's approaching a serious movie-viewing experience.

I enjoyed this movie. It is a good parody that mainly parodies I Know What You Did Last Summer and Scream. I'm not saying that this movie is the best parody ever, but it is pretty good in my opinion. I am not very picky when it comes to movies so that might be why I like it or maybe it's because the movie is underrated. I think that it is most likely the first one, but it doesn't matter to me because I was entertained. Since this was released around the same time as Scary Movie, it could be said that this movie rips it off. Even if that's true, it doesn't matter to me because I like the movie. If you like horror, comedy, or both, I recommend this.

guys, first see scary movie and compare it with shriek if you........ yes, i am too lazy to write its title, but that's not why i didn't like it. this movie is childish. the jokes were hackneyed, and nothing fresh was seen. this film is basically a spoof of "i know what you did last summer" and some other horror movies. and long story short, it was lame. it was no match to the "Scary Movie" trilogy. the funniest part of this film was...........oh yeah there were no funny parts. terrible and an absolute waste of money. i should have taken a nice nap instead.2.8/10

Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the 13th (2000, Dir. John Blanchard) It's your typical high school where a group of friends including Dawson, Slab and Boner are enjoying school life. Until, as serial killer turns up and starts chasing after them one by one. No one knows who this killer is, as he obviously slips around the school. Will they finally unmask the killer before it's too late? 'Shriek' as i like to call it, is another one of those bad spoof movies, but this one has a very different feel to it than 'Scary Movie'. The plot is basically the same than 'Scary Movie', when 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' is mixed with 'Scream'. The jokes aren't very dirty in this film, but still contains the odd sexual reference, especially with one of the characters named as boner. The film mostly relies on characters lines, but there are a few scenes which are actually funny. If you like spoof film, you should just watch this for fun. If you don't like spoof movies, then don't watch it."Who is this?" - Screw (Aimee Graham) "The Killer" - Killer (Chris Palermo)
