Bio Zombie (simplified Chinese: 生化寿尸; traditional Chinese: 生化壽屍; Mandarin Pinyin: Shēng Huà Shòu Shī; Jyutping: Sang1 Faa3 Sau6 Si1) is a 1998 Hong Kong zombie comedy film, starring Jordan Chan. It spoofs George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead and shows many similarities to Peter Jackson's Braindead. This movie takes place in a mall where two young men and other people work. They do not seem to get along very well due to a lack of customers. One night the two young men give an apparently dying businessman a soft drink, which is in actuality an experimental Iraqi biological weapon that turns him into a flesh-eating zombie. Returning to the mall, the man escapes and begins infecting the population, forcing a small group of misfits to band together in order to survive.

I don't know why, but the two borderline crooks consisting of Sam Lee and Jordan Chan is really funny in this movie. They're not trying to look funny, but different situations they find themselves in is.Woody Invincible, and Crazy Bee are two characters that has no redeemable quality to speak of. They're going about their bumbling ways thinking that things are normal, when actually things can't be more wrong than it is.This is a really great movie, and you need to see it to appreciate the humor of it all.Sam Lee and Jordan Chan does a superb job of playing two characters who finds themselves in the middle of zombie outbreak. Especially Jordan Chan deserves an Oscar nomination for his outrageously cool and funny acting. Without the acting of Sam and Jordan, this movie wouldn't have been half as funny. Not just another zombie comedy, but something with a real kick in the pants. Recommended.

What a horrible film. It absolutely stinks. After watching this film I felt really depressed because of the time I spent watching it and waiting for it to get better. It seems to me the Chinese can't direct ZOMBIE horror films. The acting is even fake. The actors are real fakes themselves. It seems these guys were picked for the film off the streets like stray dogs looking for a bone.Plot: (WHO CARES ANYWAY??? THE FILM IS LAME!!!) This movie takes place in a mall where two young men and other people work. They do not seem to get along very well due to a lack of customers. Obviously the director wanted to cash in on George Romero's success with Dawn Of The Dead. Incidentally if you're not Chinese and happen to own a copy of this film, I suggest sending it to your worst enemy, burning it or posting it back to China.

this movie is great. It starts out FUNNY but progresses to be more serious near the end with funny gimmicks that don't really ruin the mood of the movie. The Budget is low but that doesn't make it a bad movie and it's hard making a Zombie Movie Good and Funny and this really does a good job and it has Emotions in it. It's not just all about gore but it has some good friendship story about the 2 main charachters i was suprised that they added some interesting side story to make it more sad then funny near the end.I love the funny stuff they put in the movie it's VERY smart. This is also not only the greatest dark comedy movie but a great TEEN Party movie! GET THIS MOVIE SPREAD THE WORD!This MOVIE ROCKS!
