13 Cameras Trailers

Newlyweds Claire and Ryan have just moved into a new house. Both are hoping Claire’s pregnancy will be the cement needed to hold their already fraying relationship together. Little do they know their marital issues are the least of their problems. For unbeknownst to them, their scruffy, sleazy and lascivious landlord has installed numerous miniature cameras all over their home and has been spying on them from Day One. Then Ryan begins an office affair, and the landlord kits out the secret basement with chains and soundproofing. Something is going to give in this suburban shocker packed with nasty surprises.

"13 Cameras" was actually not half-bad for a fundamentally found footage flick up until the end, where you would think it would be at the best this caliber of film is capable of.The final scene with the Igor-like character (who is so cartoonishly creepy it is farcical and would have been much more frightening had he been played as a seemingly regular guy) and his new running mate, while desperately intended to shock and shake us, is as repugnantly barbaric as it is indefensibly inexplicable.Oh, and one more thing young not-too-with-the program couple. What have we learned from these last few moments of this most distasteful experience? That's right. If you haven't already, NOW would be the perfect time to get out and introduce yourselves to your neighbors.

This was seriously the worst movie I have ever seen. The acting is TERRIBLE. The creepy Gerald guy was just disgusting and so obvious. I didn't really care about any of the other characters. The plot barely made sense. The ending was ridiculous. Ugh, horrible horrible movie. Please don't waste your time!

The villain in '13 Cameras' reminded me a lot of the villain in 'The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence)', not just in terms of looks but personality as well. I liked him as an antagonist and I liked this guy too. The thing I liked the most about them ironically, is that there is zero to like about them. You know the second you are introduced to them that they are a bad person who is not to be rooted for. Charming villains have certain things going for them ('James Bond' wouldn't exist without them) but there is something about pure, unforgiving evil that is just so satisfying to watch.'13 Cameras' is a fun movie. It takes itself very seriously, and this is a good thing. I was shocked to see on IMDb that writer/director Victor Zarcoff was on debut here. While the film was far from technically perfect, it was pretty bloody good. The acting was also impressive throughout from the entire cast. The script manages to keep things fresh and exciting for the duration of the run time. Thing's certainly never got stale and you felt a need to know how this was all going to end. All in all this was a very pleasant surprise on a lazy Sunday night.

This movie is categorized as a suspense/horror film. As for both these genres go this one takes the gold, in crap. The movie is set around a new pregnant couple that moves into a house riddled with cameras. These are placed there by the landlord. Personally the movie deserves nothing better than a 3. Any suspense circles around the pregnant wife suspecting her husband of an affair he holds with his assistant. Their failing marriage and his terrible excuses are the only things that saved this film from a one. For at least infidelity can always be understood by many. Other than that the characters were flat even the main antagonist. Do your self a favor and just skip this movie for the night.
