It encompasses all of the great things you enjoy watching in a science fiction series. A little bit of the movie Trancers; where you have little kids bringing in messages from the 21st Century; this part is hilarious. After the message is delivered the child says "Where am I? What happened? How did I get here?" So, we have a little of the body snatchers, x-files (the main character is an FBI agent and the leader of the team), current events, star trek-like gadgets; where a person has the communicator embedded in the side of their neck; they touch it lightly to activate and begin talking. What I like is that you don't have everyone jumping into bed with everyone else; as you see in most tv shows these days; what most of those shows focus on are the emotions before, during and after graphically making out; wastes time and originality. This one has a lot of class and I enjoy the story-telling/acting/adventure/travel/imagination/dialogue.There are 5 main characters: the leader, historian/computer expert, medic (your basic doctor), security officer, and the teenager (he has over 100-years of experience; reasons things out and keeps the team grounded).

This show depicts exceptionally well how you should deal with domestic abuse and is hereby nominally awarded Three Stars of Honor:* Bruce Lee's Platinum Star of Self-Defense, for showing a fun way how to dispose of troublesome "garbage" in your home.* Kanye West's Gold Star of Mass Media Awareness, for creatively incorporating a common human social problem into a lofty fiction format that is sci-fi which isn't exactly known for showing everyday aspects of life because it is too busy shoving explosive (albeit highly technologically advanced) phallic symbols into your face.* The Pope's Bronze Star of Mercy, for giving your enemy a second chance instead of outright immobilizing them forever like your reptilian limbic system tempts you to.

This is an unsophisticated, amateurish show with the feel of a Disney spy kids after school special. Completely unwatchable for a more mature viewership.

Hard to describe this show and not have spoiled the surprises, but I'll give it my best. It is about time travel, well sort of. It is more of a cosmic soap opera, said with great admiration for the writers. Each of the characters is introduced to the audience almost singly and so is the future There is no question of confusion that most time travel movies require. We don't see the future, and we learn about it only in bits and pieces. Acting is a solid 10 Pacing is excellent Local looks like Spokane, and there a few Washington license plates I think special effects would destroy the plot Try the first episode, you wont quit "Welcome to the 21st"
