My latest medical show was ´ER´ where I was following many characters, so to me, House M.D. was a bit ´restrictive´ at first. However, Hugh Laurie is simply perfect in the role of this Doctor whose motivation is only to prove that he is cleverer than everyone around him. Contrary to many series, the ´secondary ´characters are not in his shadow at all and, on the contrary, are showing how lonely House actually is. I do must say that my main interest (apart from the cases) was the relationship between House and Cuddy so, without wanting to give spoilers, I lost interest in the last season(s).

Thank you Hugh! Very cool! My ex-best friend Sebastian didn't think this show was good enough. That's why we are no longer friends :)

I had seen a couple of episodes of this gem when it aired, but for some reason, I didn't continue to watch. Well, I'm glad I didn't at the time, because waiting for a new season of this show would have been torturous! I watch the 8 seasons back to back in a span of 1 month. It's just that good. This show has everything... It has humor, sarcasm, definitely has drama but the most important components here are the magnificent character arcs and relationships. They're so complex but yet so perfect you just can't get enough of the dis-functionality! The writing is just sublime! This has become, by far, my favorite TV show. And it is the one I'll keep going back to whenever I feel like there's nothing worthy to watch.

An antisocial maverick doctor who specializes in diagnostic medicine does whatever it takes to solve puzzling cases that come his way using his crack team of doctors and his wits. I've been seeing a couple of House episodes lately and i gotta say as much as a sh*t head House might be you just gotta love this guy and it all has to do with Huge Laurie's excellent performance and an all star cast that joins him such as Robert Sean Leonard, Jennifer Morrisonm, Omar Epps and Olivia Wilde. Plus there are some great special appearances by famous actors such Dominic Purcell, Jeremy Renner, Robin Tunney, John Cho and many more. And as funny as it might be at times with House bringing more of the laughs just as dramatic it can become with the whole patient stuff and even House's troubled past and overly complexed situations he gets into or the times that he tries to help someone in his own way of course.
