Amazing how a simple concept can turn out to be quite a bit of entertainment. Normal everyday stuff viewed in high speed footage. Watching it for yourself, you see how mesmerizing that footage really is.There's just something very weired and very attractive about watching something we take for granted in slow-mo. Seeing all the little complex details that happen in a split second of time and learning just what all those little details do is actually quite fun. I can certainly understand the reactions of their guests on the show and how they react when they watch what they do in slow-mo. It's really a case of "Wow, I never knew that. That's really interesting!"Overall the shows true appeal is that it shows a whole new perspective on stuff we thought we already knew. It's really discovering something new in something old. And the show succeeds by presenting all this in a very entertaining way.
