This show used to be amazing at everything, world building, comedy, characters, cut aways, and more, but now it's a washed up show that has most of the characters who used to be really funny confusing and hard to like. In my opinion the prime of this show was seasons 1-8 But it was still kinda going good till 9-12 But at season 13 was we're the episodes started to get boring. I'm still giving it a 9 though because of those golden episodes in seasons 1-8.

Hmmmm where should i start? Well im gonna be honest i used to love this show, both started off great. but when a cat starts ages, there comes time when it gets weaker and weaker, just like family guy. The funny part is that The Simpsons and Family Guy both started off amazing! Yet ended up in a trashcan.1st-4rd seasons were GREAT! It was funny, just funny... And interesting, I actually felt bad for Peter, Yet in the newer Episodes he's such a jerk! The 5th season was meh, i didnt like some of the episodes. And me suprisingly liked the Peter Prostate Exam Episode, It did make me laugh, Even if there was jokes about rape n stuff and me who's such a over-sensitive person, i liked it. so did i like some other few episodes, but i felt some episodes were worser then the past seasons, i thought it was just gonna last for a season. BUT NOPE EVERYTHING JUST GOT WORSER GAHH! There are some few episodes of newer family guy though that i liked, Like Reverse time OR Road to multiverses, but oh well. Im a person who cares more about the past then the current time. Therefore im giving 8/10 on season 1-5 and rest of the seasons a 4/10 (just because there are still some few good episodes)ALSO THIS IS NOT A SIMPSON RIPOFF! i consider myself a huge old simpson fan, and this is not a ripoff the simpsons have sneaked some family guy refrenced BUNCH OF TIMES both in the older and newer episodes, HECC THEY EVEN COLLABRATED TOGHETER! SO STOP SAYING ITS A SIMPSON RIPOFF!

Family Guy is amazing show. The storylines are hilarious and cynical as always. The characters are great, but need more character development to win back their fans. The writers seriously need to step up and fix some of the issues within the show's quality. Otherwise, it's still one of the many greatest cartoons of all time.

Picture the scenario of a one-man show: the most full of himself guy you can imagine, with an unoriginal sense of humor shaped or straightup plagiarized from the Simpsons and co., with a good singing voice, good with impressions, who's so in love with himself he managed to make part of America and then the world fall in love with him too. A one-trick pony that lasted way, way past its deadline and expiration date and is...still going ?The 3 points /10 I'll award the show come from a pleasant first experience with it way back when it came out. Stewie's concept was funny (although...Charlie Brown ?), the drawings appealing, and the episodes were genuinely well crafted. But eventually, past that 3rd perhaps 4th season, it turns to utter garbage, and beyond. I think around season 6 is some of the worst humor I've ever come across in my entire life of watching shows and movies. It was self-indulgent if you ever heard that expression, not even trying, just, totally in love with itself and unable to tell which way is left and which is right. And yet: people still bought into it, because they'd been won over when it counted by characters they now loved and wanted to see more of; while it didn't matter what they were doing or saying anymore. Obviously !Seth Macfarlane is without a doubt a hoax. Not to mention a crook. He's a charlatan who sold the good old American traditional value image only to go full-on liberal in a way so gratuitous actual liberals got disgusted with it pretty quickly. Seth Macfarlane is a very good businessman, an opportunist, and a big phony. He's got about 2 or 3 talents, and then 11 or 12 flaws. Family Guy probably should've lasted 5 seasons before calling it quits because it was nothing more than an open catalog of rehashed Simpsons jokes, Macfarlane going crazy with mics in his little studio room, all tossed into a framework that is fun for a while but grows old all too quickly. It's one of those shows that, when you get how terrible it really is, even looking back the older stuff wasn't actually as good as you'd initially thought: the show only got the benefit of the surprise element but really turns into powder puff in a second.
