One of the most up to date and relevant dramas I've binge watched in recent times, it starts off in explosive, dramatic, hard hitting style, and continues through the series. It's super relevant with all the recent news surrounding Bitcoin, and it certainly does make you wonder how a 'different' currency can actually work, the concept is outrageous to many of us, this drama helps to bring the concept to life. Miami serves as an intriguing backdrop, it conjures up beautiful beaches and sun, but of course the reality is a different matter. Great acting all round, Edi Gathegi, Martin Freeman, Adam Brody and Otmara Marrero all shine in particular. It's hard hitting, sometimes violent, but the violence is delivered with a sense of reality, it isn't needless or done to be sensationalist, just shown in a real way. As a drama it absorbs you, and makes you want to watch just one more episode.

I watch quite a bit of TV series. This one makes some other top rated shows look like caricatures. It's gritty and smart in evoking the economic battle that's going on as we speak. Make no mistake, we are at war.Writing and pace are truly outstanding. Hell, it will keep you on the edge of the seat each episode. And no cheap thrills, either. It has flow. Realism. Logic. Cynicism. Hope. The characters are complex. They change. Evolve. They are alive. Acting is top notch. Especially Edi Gathegi and Martin Freeman. They are completely stealing the show. Miami is a character in this, too. It seems like an organism, and in many ways it is. It never looked so cold. As does the dog eat dog world of Tech and finance. I've so far seen the first 2 seasons. Can't wait to see what comes next. This is top level TV setting new standards. 10* out of 10.

This is probably the most underrated TV show I've ever seen in my life. I just got Amazon Prime for 6 months and I went in with no expectations, but I was amazed and mesmerized. The acting, storytelling, camera, soundtracks, and every element in the movie came together beautifully.I'd say that Edi Gathegi has become one of my all-time favorite actors just because of his performance in this show. If the other actors and actresses weren't as great as they were, I'd say he steals the show.Forget the critics and go in with an open mind, you'll absolutely love it.I watched the whole show in two days and I can't remember binge watching any other show that much except The Wire.Forget what the critics said and go in and enjoy the ride.

I saw the pilot at the Hollywood screenings and it would of been my favourite show of all the pilots that were screened last year. Extremely well cast the story line kept me enthralled right to the end of the first season. The story felt very modern and it was great(finally) to see some diversity in lead roles.
