I call "Home Improvement" the classic home sitcom, the show was a good story with both serious and funny moments all the way through the end. The beginning seasons were quite amusing with both his Tool Time show chaos, as well as the stuff happening at home. The kids' characters were very funny, especially when they played bad tricks on each other with revenge moments that nearly everyone would like to have been a part in.Although, Home Improvement's holiday episodes were not much more than slow, lame junk (as most sitcom's holiday efforts are). "Home Improvement" did at least have Christmas episodes that had a few amusing moments with things like Tim's crazy Christmas display and lighting efforts. I don't know if it's even considered a holiday, but they did make the Halloween episodes quite amusing, a classic one was a later Halloween episode "A Night to Dismember" where mark is making a Halloween film that really scares his parents after they secretly watch it.Alongside a good laugh, Home Improvement does honestly make you think a lot when you do things, making sure you truly know what you're doing, so you don't end up in a situation like Tim usually does.

If any TV show really described true Husband - Wife Relations & How to stand by each other facing all the Ups & Downs of life...then Home Improvement does it with a Perfect 100 mingling in it all the genuine & perfectly crafted humor not taking it on an emotional level! Its a Perfect family entertainer and no one could have made it perfect other than the awesome cast of Tim Allen, Patricia Richardson, Richard Karn, Earl Hindman etc. Its been over 21 years since it premiered on Television...but it never does loose its value coz its all about Simple Life! Have always loved Tim, and his work & talent really outshines in this series. The chemistry of Tim Allen & Patricia Richardson is so believable & perfect that you could not help taking them as real life couple. They are truly one of the most romantic pairs in Television History! And, then there are unforgettable performances by Earl (Wilson), Adorable Al (Richard), Beautiful Heidi(Debbe Dunning), and the 3 great actors especially Jonathan Taylor Thomas! Having all 8 seasons with me, It still makes my daily Dinner time perfect! Thanks a billion to the creators of this amazing Series! :)

When i first watched Home improvement, I loved it right away. I fell in love with some of the characters right away, because I thought that they were awesome. Tim is the most hilarious character in the show. Wilson is the most serious character in the show. The kids are fun, and Al is funny. I'm so glad that they have 8 seasons. I have the first 7, but I'm waiting to buy the eighth one. I love this show a lot. It's one of my favourite shows of all time. I think that people will like it because it's funny, it's clean, and it's amazing. It's also relaxing too. I used to watch this show every day, but now I'm not. I watched it too many times, but I absolutely love it. I love Tim, Al, and Wilson. Those are my favourite characters. In the three kids, I like Randy the most. I like Heidi the most in the tool girls, and I like Ilene (Al's girlfriend) better than Jill. (tim's wife) I was surprised of how well this show was done. I am really happy that I own them, and I'm happy that I love the show this much. I give this show a 10/10.

This show is amazing. I remember seeing it for the first time in 2007. I watched one episode and I was hooked. I was shocked at how funny it was. As a person who is easily amused and entertained but does not laugh at TV, this show made an impression I don't think I've seen a single episode that didn't make me laugh at one point or another. That is a record to which no other show has come close. While there are a few moments when the humor is forced, they are far between. The cast is amazing as well as the lines. Also, adding Wilson was a stroke of genius for whoever created his character.Even as a newcomer to the show (with only reruns), I am a full fledged fan.I highly recommend this show to anyone and everyone!
