It is so unutterably slow! I am losing the will to live.I tuned in because of Kim Coates, but really am struggling to stay with it.It could have been so good.

Just finished season 1 (I hope there's a season 2.....nicely set up but NO spoilers here!!)The title could put you off as it sounds a little cheesy and lightweight but the show was anything but that. A great group of core characters who you were really rooting for and who managed to turn a pretty 'out there' script into something believable and pretty unsettling. Kim Coates as ever brings a full 'Kim Coates' performance to the screen and despite the rest of the great cast, I have to admit that I don't don't believe you can have too much of that guy on screen!The child actors are also worth a mention as they had some pretty complex ideas to play out and they did it really well. Overall, is highly recommend this to anyone, ghost lover or not, it's a great watch and, at 13 episodes, it doesn't overstay it's welcome.

The first episode only just caught my attention, I thought it was going to be a another angst, misery driven loss; however I made it to episode 2 and now I'm hooked. I like the balanced mix of sci-if and paranormal, plus it keeps you guessing, you don't know where it's going but you kind of feel you're part of the journey. While dark and brooding, the characters have depth and mesh well together. Plus, it's timed well enough that you need to see the next episode!

Found the series on Netflix and watched it in one go and was thoroughly entertaining.The series takes a while to establish the terminology but its a well thought out concept.Its an ensemble cast made of character actors who do justice to their parts.The finale was an unexpected one which leaves for a more interesting second season, hopefully it gets picked up for a second season.
