I love this show. Anything supernatural is normally something I will watch. Vampires, werewolves, ghosts, witches, hybrids, and anything related is my favorite type of show/movie. I wish this had more seasons. The first season is amazing, season 2 is a little less so, but then season's 3 and 4 really bring it back. Only the beginning is similar to the UK version so don't let that stop you. Normally I prefer the UK or original version of any show, but this one had me hooked real quick. It's funny, real, intense, scary, and lovable. The characters are so different and relatable.i just finished the whole thing and was very sad to see it end. I'm just glad the right people ended up together. It deserves a 10 rating I think, give it a chance.

Let me start off saying that I have never seen the UK version. I was looking through Netflix trying to find something new to watch. I had never heard of "Being Human" so I thought I would check it out. It had me hook line and sinker within the first 10 minutes. The characters were well written, and I enjoyed the story. At least give it a few episodes before you write it off. This show is very much character driven. Also if you are a fan of vampires, werewolves, and ghosts then this show is for you!I think the 3rd Season was by far the best season. All of them were great in their own way, but the 3rd Season had a bit more excitement to it in my opinion. Aidan, Josh, and Sally are like the ultimate trio. Although they do not seem like they would make a great team because of them being so different from each other it is quite the opposite. Their friendship makes them stronger. I will say this. Pay attention to detail when you are watching this show. I do not want to give too much away (SPOILER ALERT) but there is some time traveling involved! I hope you enjoy this Series as much as I did.

Basically the show some interesting characters like werewolves vampire witches half/pure bread, but the whole show can be done in just one season. Plots are really weak, the characters keep on whining and pitying themselves over and over again. The plots present you with problems where the solution is very obvious and easy to see, yet the characters keep on doing the same mistakes over and over until you're fed up with the show but you feel you cannot abandon because you really don't want to feel like you've waisted your time. the episodes are so predictable. you know exactly whats going to happen at every second you will even tend to fast forward conversations between characters because you know exactly the message of the scene. Scenes that needs 1/2 min they tend to do it in like 5.

What can you expect from the creator of supernatural and a remake of Frequency... The show has some sort of amateur feeling to it, and although the actors are not the worst there, they are not far from it. The plot is clichéd, boring and certainly made for people who think that supernatural is a good show, so quite poor in general. The whole "vampires are cool in a twilight way" is annoying, as well as the attempt of something they want you to think is humour.I didn't watch the original UK series, but I will give it a try and see if it's any better. After all, north American remakes are not known for their brilliance.
