This show might be your empty brain by drugs, this show is dumb, annoying and obnoxiousthey try to make the character's more obnoxious and annoying how this S#*t goes on in this TV Series The show is unwatchable for kids because my parent's hate it and my older sister hate's it. I don't recommend this crap. this is the worst show I ever saw, It's painful and it's not appealing for younger audience for not an easy target for kid's, I recommend classic Nickelodeon show's, The Loud House and Spongebob Squarepants. Animation 0/10Characters 0/10Plot 0/10

Nick,at one time, was probably the best cartoon channel in the early 2000's. Spongebob was still an amazing show, Hey Arnold, Catdog, and Rocko's Modern life were either still running or reruns were showed. Then, in 2009, this show was introduced to Nick. First, the plot of the show makes absolutely no sense. You could tell the show was going to be terrible before you would even watch it. Its about 2 brainless idiots in the 4th grade "Fanboy and Chum Chum," who dress up as superheros and wear their underwear over their pants, yet nobody in the school says anything about it. What the hell? What confuses me the most is how they're in the 4th grade, but were only held back once. These two "heros" are so stupid they can slip into imaginations, like when they were stuck on top of a convenience store and thought they were on top of a mountain. How did they make it through K-3rd grade? Also, they live in their very own house, which would be any kid's dream to live in. Its got slides, two floors, and the door is even made to look like chum chum's head. How would two 10 year olds get their own house thats practically located in the sky? The episodes are even worse than the plots. I'm almost positive every single joke on the show is based on toilet humor. I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. Fanboy farts almost every episode. When Kyle is introduced and Fanboy wants to show him a "magic trick," Kyle pulls on his finger and fanboy farts. Its not funny, its gross. Also, the characters look like they were drawn by kindergarteners. (if the animation wasn't in 3d the characters wouldn't even look human). I think the one thing worse than the animations and the plot, are the episodes. The episodes are random, uninteresting, and just plain idiotic. And when I say random, I mean random. There was an episode were Fanboy trained a pig karate, and the teacher took the pig from Fanboy. Fanboy was sent to a cave in the back of the room, that was never there before, and finds "Sprinkles", a bear that was class pet. The pig defeats the bear in karate, and, of course, finishes him off with a fart. DO NOT watch this show, unless you want to lose the one brain you have, your sense of humor, and your respect for Nick.

I really hate this show, I really do, but that doesn't mean everyone else will hate it too. I'm a 15 year old dude who wanted to see how much cartoons have changed since I last spent a lot of time on the television. It's been a while and either I really have grown up or TV has gone downhill. The Animation in my opinion is horrible, but I have a feeling kids are going to love it, the colors hurt my eyes, and I don't like how the characters are designed, I think it would've looked better in 2D where everything isn't all bulgy. The characters themselves are obnoxious, spongebob and patrick were stupid in their own special way which made watching their misadventures fun, I can't say the same for Fanboy and Chum Chum, it's a pain to watch Fanboy and Chum Chum's antics. Characterization isn't much either, Fanboy and Chum Chum are nearly identical when it comes to their personalities, and there's not much background to them, the teacher is boring, and so are the other kids, only one I find somewhat interesting is kyle, the sorcerer, but even he isn't well thought out.(it's a nonsensical show so no one should look too deeply into characterization.) Voice-acting is fine I guess, I really can't complain much. Plot is mediocre, most of the time something really crazy happens and you just watch the two boys do something stupid with it. Lastly I think Humor is bad, but that's just me, kids would love the slapstick the show has to offer, there is no witty humor in the show at all.The show gets a lot of hate, but people should be reasonable, some shows back then were just as nonsensical, then again they weren't as annoying either, I think kids will love the show and how hyperactive it is. Adults however won't get into it.

I am honestly shocked by this show. It's horrible. How could something as stupid like this stay on the air for more than 2 episodes?...... Well I suppose I just answered my question. Essentially nowadays humor is just completely random with weird parodies of popular culture. Now to be fair, that isn't always a bad thing, Weird Al does parodies that usually are random and he's hilarious. But, a lot of things that do that now just get annoying and really just embarrassing to watch. Plus, I would like to point out the animation is awful, just look at it! a third grader using adobe flash could do more realistic animation or at least pleasant to the eye. Also, how did this ever win an Emmy award for anything?... exactly!
