This is one of the TV-series I had to drag myself to follow, but luckily didn't have to for too long as it was canceled during Season One. The mediocre acting coupled with uninspired special effects and boring stories make this series a very depressing and unexciting film.This series also lack suspense and action, and void of any character development. I have never seen the original Bionic Woman series before, but certainly hope it is more entertaining then this yawn-ville. I would find other "superhero" series to watch. I do not know if reruns of this show exist. However, if they do, I would advise you to look this one over and spend your time watching something else with more substance, excitement and quality. Grade F

Sorry to go against every one but i liked it not much more to say than that. The acting was bearable, The plot was OK,The story line didn't make me turn it off.Just some good old fashioned mind numbing TV, and theirs nothing wrong with that.I liked the remade Battlestar Galactica although a little hard to get used to some changes,it was good to see Some of the BSG actors in this remake which i thought was a lot better than the original very lame Lindsay Wagner bionic woman, Yes very lame when you look at it again today.

I actually was quite enjoying the series, it had a few faults to be sure, but was really starting to get into it when the writer's strike led to it's disappearance from the screen. There were a lot of unexplored plot lines set up for later in the series, hacker sister, sinister father/son bionic doctor thing of her late boyfriend etc. which may have added much more depth to the plot if the series had continued.However having said that, to all those who didn't see it, don't bother. The writer's strike led to an abrupt end mid-series where nothing in the slightest was resolved, even worse than the badly cobbled together finale of Heroes season 2, so there's really no point wasting your time.

I don't know what you are all talking about??!! I don't understand why you have all slated a great show like this.TV can be utterly boring and mundane and I for one thought it was great to sit through a fast paced, thorough;y enjoyable programme like Bionic Woman, I only wish they make more of them.I also thought the performances were believable; people say that they are sick of stories being rehashed but when a fresh spin is put on an old tale they complain!! Come on guys. A bit of dark TV can be just as good as comedy or light and fuzzy! I personally couldn't stand Michelle Ryan's character, Zoe, in Eastenders, but the way she plays Jaime just shows that the girl can act because she is so far removed from her character in Eastenders.Here's hoping they pull their finger out and make another series ---- and soon!!
