They really should have gone were Lindsay Wagner works right now and asked her for her opinion on how to make a remake. I am pretty sure that one of her students would have produced a better remake than these Hollywood hacks. The first thing they did was take everything that made The Bionic Woman good and tossed it to the trash.Since when did it made any sense to have a woman in high heels run really fast. Never seen a regular woman run in heels so how is it even possible? The original one she had tennis shoes on. There also seemed to be a lack of detail on the story line. Most of it seemed to jump back and forth or made no sense at all. The original focused on helping people. This one did not and there was no connection between the main characters. Seems to me that NBC just wanted to cash in on the popularity of the original. No wonder it tanked.

This show is everything that a good TV show should be!!!! The acting was good, the plot was amazing and it took time for those moment when you just felt good watching it.The shows plot was always twisting and turning and the character as so down to earth and you could relate. Her sister was a great actor and brought a lot to the show. It as an instant classic due to its ability to pack so much action, drama and comedy into a short episode every week. The canceling does not reflect on its quality whatsoever. I am a proud bionic woman fan and I feel they did an incredible job with this remake of a classic.I recommend this show to everyone. It is a great showOverall this show should never have been canceled and will continue to be a favorite of mine for a long time.

i don't get all the negativity about this show.i thought it was fantastic.i liked the stunts and the action sequences, the acting is good, and i thought the writing was good.casting Michelle Ryan in the title role was genius,in my opinion.she's beautiful, athletic, and talented.having Katee Sackoff guest star for five episodes was also a great idea.Lucy Hale is a perfect fit as Becca,Jamie Sommers's younger sister.her and Michelle Ryan have such a natural chemistry together.really, the whole cast is great.for me,this version of The Bionic Woman stands on its own merit.it doesn't copy the original.i had a blast watching the 8(and apparently only)episodes.i don't think it deserved to be cancelled.anyway, for me,The Bionic Woman is a 10/10

When my Dad would teach Sunday school, his approach was very scholarly. For instance, concerning the virgin birth, he'd say "If it doesn't make sense, or if it's outdated, then DON'T believe it. Inevitably, a little old lady would chirp up and reply "Please don't take away the virgin birth. I've believed in it since I was a kid. It's special to me" I come here now as the old lady, where concerning the shows of my childhood. Don't take away my childhood by raping the classics. Ron Moore has pretty much raped the noble aspects of BSG and gotten every TV whore/critic to back him up. My childhood heroes have been turned into whiners, alcoholics and pussies in the name of "good drama".And now, someone has tried with Bionic Woman. Guys, there are fans, I'm sure, for the whole "ultra dark brooding" approach. But you know what? Today's generation should have a chance to have heroes of some kind. The TV heroes of the 1970s, however corny or cheesy, enriched my childhood. All this brooding crap today is embarrassing. Good drama be damned, give us a show with redeeming qualities.
