I could only watch part of one episode. I used to really like Ashley Judd's performances but she is truly awful now. I hope they kill her character off.

First Season was decent but by no means addictive or binge-worthy. Season 2 barely kept my interest and ended up finishing it just to see how ridiculous it would wind up becoming. According to Hollywood, the right are the terrorists and the biggest enemy, basically all evil neo-Nazis. In fact, it's perfectly plausible that the several CIA agents who lean left politically (good guys) might even condone assassination of a right-wing politician. But then it turns out that that right-wing politician was ACTUALLY assassinated by other CIA agents (bad guys) who lean even farther right than the politician. Okay. We get it. Conservatives are evil. Season 2 was a real eye-roller and anyone with half a brain who understands the out-of-touch liberal idiocy of Hollywood could have predicted the outcome.

I persisted for 2 and a half episodes but no, I still had no idea what was going on and nor did I care. Despite admiring Richard Armitage as an actor and usually loving spy thrillers, I could not get into this series at all. His American accent was not quite right and the casting of Leland Orser's in his CIA role was a strange choice. The only mystery for me was whether Thomas Shaw was wearing a wig.

After living in Berlin for 7 years, the location shots take me right back there every episode. The story line sin both seasons have been on point, and I love how it highlights in a more realistic light how the US interferes globally with other nations, hopefully waking up a few people along the way. We need more shows like this showing how the USA is a friend of no one.
