Needing help to deal with a powerful member of the Russian mafia, "Commandant Rakov" (Christopher Lee) of the city of Moscow requests the assistance of "Commandant Lassard" (George Gaynes) along with some of his best police officers to advise and assist them. However, when his team gets there they discover that there are those within the Moscow police department who aren't so keen on obtaining their help. Likewise, "Captain Harris" (G. W. Bailey) has his own agenda which isn't necessarily the same as everyone else as well. At any rate, although the movie started off well enough it soon reverted to the same old gags featured in all of the other films in this series and everything—and everyone—seemed to be simply going through the motions. Additionally, nobody really stood out one way or the other either. In short, although there were a couple of fairly entertaining films in this series, the sad fact is that everything has pretty much run its course and the thrill is clearly gone. I have rated this movie accordingly. Below average.

Michael Winslow, David Graff, Leslie Easterbrook, Charlie Schlatter, Claire Forlani, Ron Perlman, G.W. Bailey, George Gaynes and Christopher Lee star in this 1994 comedy sequel. In this final entry, Commandant Lassard (Gaynes) and his team of misfits, Jones (Winslow), Tackleberry (Graf), Callahan (Easterbrook) and Harris (Bailey) visit Moscow to stop a Soviet mobster, Constantine Konali (Perlman) In the process, Lassard unwittingly becomes a member of a Russian family. Schlatter plays rookie cop, Kyle Connors who has vertigo, Forlani plays Katrina, a woman who Connors gets romantic with and Lee plays Soviet Commander, Ratkov. I think this could've been better and upset that Bubba Smith and Marion Ramsay were not in it.

What a classic. Indeed. It is about a group of silly policemen who go to Russia with their crazy personalities and cause much frivolity.I have never seen such funny scenes crammed into one movie. They should have extended this movie to 3 hours, indeed. So much was the 'plottings' and 'humourings'. Nice.I loved the scenes with the banana skin for the slipping on. I wet my pant at the sight of G.W. Bailey crashing through the wall. So funny.I dripped urine at the sight of the big boobed woman causing the Russians to get all hot and sweaty. Very funny, indeed.I laughed until I bled at the sight of Lassard coughing an egg into the mouth of the Russian guy, and laughed even harder when the Russian guy coughed the egg back into Lassard's mouth. I thought I was going to die! Luckily, I got away with a pair of split trousers. Such was my hilarity. Indeed.I am laughing as I write this. In fact, I think I've just split my pant. I must control my laughter. Excuse me a moment while I gather myself

Easily the worse comedy I've seen to date. Everything was horrible about this film. You get the feeling that when they were halfway through filming this heap they must've said to each other "You know, this film is truly going to die at the box office, let just do any old crap, film it and send that out to the cinemas. They'll buy it, it got Police Academy written on the box after all".The best bit that just completely sums up how bad the film was ***SPOILER WARNING*** (Like I'll spoil anything anyway lol) was when Jones and Tackleberry go to collect lassarde from his hotel room. They arrive outside his door and they become suspicious that all is not well inside. So they decide to investigate. Now at this point you'd think Tack would simply kick the door open and shout "Freeze", as is normal procedure for cops to do in America. No, not for this film, they decided that the methods for kicking doors down was downright silly. Instead Tack decides he needs the aid of an Icebucket...on his head. Clearly when he went through the academy they showed him differently the way to gain entry into a locked room - by putting a bucket on your head and ramming it against the door presumably. He puts a hole through the door anyway, stands up, takes the ice bucket off his head, sighs and then walks away with Jones without even going inside to investigate. All that stupidity for nothing and not one bit funny, logical or rational. ***SPOILER OVER*** I think about halfway through the film I began to realise this was not getting any better. I found myself becoming entertained by the site of my dog licking her rear in front of me. It was funnier too.Anyway I recommend you to watch this "film" just purely to see how bad the series had become and to find out just how bad films can be in general. On the other hand I recommend you NOT to watch it if you want to stop your brain melting out of your ear holes with boredom.
