manborg, manborg, manborg!!! Where do you start...LOVE KUNG FU, GAMING, WEIRDNESS, B MOVIES !!!This film WILL BE a true classic and a film that will be reviewed with many many different lenses as you can see already reviews are mixed - you probably would't know whether to hunt this down or not. Lets say if you get past the first 10 minutes you are curious and starting to figure out if this is worth watching. You will be smiling to yourself and reminding yourself that you are feeling quite happy and do not know why! As you watch you are getting spaced out and are actually enjoying this mess of movie. You will not know why you are watching, what you are watching but it doesn't matter anymore. This is like the old days where films surprised you, llke the early manga titles etc. People will tell you it is blah blah blah...I will tell you to get out the popcorn - watch it late (please remember this is not a rom-com!!) get seriously comfortable and you will be transported into mortal combat itself. Not the modern 64bit version but the old megadrive one!Personally it is so painfully charming i loved every minute!!!!!!

Manborg looked hilarious! The box art (although not as its IMDb poster) was enough to grab my attention immediately and it looked like I was on to a winner! As an indie film director, and huge fan of grindhouse madness, I was so excited to get watching this.Having sat the husband down for the night and promising him a good time, via Manborg, I found myself apologising after 20 minutes and turning the film off after struggling through another 15.It was just too much!I could see and understand where the film makers wanted to go with this, but to me, it just looked like they forgot to put the paintbrush down and continued touching things up more and more, until they had actually covered up the picture they had really wanted to show.I'm glad it has done well though, I appreciate the work put in and look forward to seeing more from the team!

As a fan of cheesy / bad flicks, I found "Manborg" a breath of Columbian Redbud scented air. Often, "bad-on-purpose" movies just plain suck, but "Manborg" took its awfulness seriously, doing its daggonest to astound with ineptitude, wooden acting, and the fact that (allegedly) the entire production budget was around $1,100 in Canadian money.I've seen much worse films (4-X, "Curse of the Headless Horseman") that were dead serious, but nowhere near as entertaining. "Manborg" should be on the must-see list of every fan of cine-cheese, if only to see that such a thing can be accomplished. My only regret is that there's no such film as "Bio-Cop".

Unfortunately IMDb doesn't allow for negative ratings otherwise this piece of excrement would have received -10. I love my horrors from corn factor comedy rip-off's to seriously dark. This should never have been released. The human race is poorer for it's existence. I would also like the cast/production crew(if you can indeed call them that) and friends of the parties involved to know that it is sad to get your friends to up vote what is obviously a "Z" rated movie. This movie is a disgrace to the genre and is the reason why it has been given such a bad reputation. May your career in the movie industry be very short lived.
