The heroic fight of an adolescent girl while trying to overcome personal drama is told in a wonderful metaphor with exactly as much special effects needed. and the moment, the titan arises from the ocean at the end is one of the big film moments in history. I see there are people who rate this film with 1 star. But then there´s also nail fungus.

It's touching. Special effects are good. But looking at the title, you would expect she would kill a little more Giants.

First 10 min i was hmm ok. 20 mins later i got annoyed. I got annoyed by her in person. Lol. I got annoyed with her attitude, her thinking, her rabbit ears, that leftover food hung by the beautiful breezy beach and that omg-can-you-please-wash-that jacket. Another 30 mins, I took my controller, switch off the tv and slept. 7 hours later, I googled for the ending as I do not wish to watch it again.. Lol

Yeah, chick flick with two minutes of giant monster action. Nothing to see here. I am starting to miss the days when giant monster weren't popular. Oh, and a little note to the director; don't hide the most compelling part of the plot at the end as some kind of BS surprise or you're just giving people a mostly filler movie.
