Sure the characthers are typical at the first half of the film, but later they got some development. The black dude got courage, the stoner guy is reckless and the girls always cry. Well the masking on bigfoot was good too. I reccomend it for a lazy afternoon. Perfect film to watch with friends.

Well this is a film by numbers no thought, original ideas, barely anything to redeem this sorry mess. Apparently by the same bloke who did the Blair Witch Hunt, if I see another found footage film I will pluck my eyes out with a spoon. Here we have the original idea of five friends going to a deserted cabin in the woods, wow never heard of that one before, we quickly establish by their boorish behaviour, setting fireworks off in a forest, setting fire to a beard, not watching where they are driving, these our characters we have no empathy for, the dialogue is abysmal and acting paper thin. They hit the child of bigfoot when driving and kill it bigfoot is naturally hacked off and proceeds to kill them all, great, by now we are all rooting for the guy in the monkey suit. It has it's unintentional funny moments, as no money was spared for special effects and I mean this literally. If you enjoy a bloke running around a forest in a monkey suit this is right up your street, awful movie and how it is sold as a horror movie baffles me.

5 friends go on a hike but encounter more than they bargained for as they meet up with a Bigfoot like creature. This had the potential to be better than it was. Unfortunately the characters are not particularly likable or memorable and so I found my mind wandering as the film progressed. Although it has some good periods they are interspersed with periods that I found downright boring and so the film didn't flow properly. For a low budget feature the special effects were pretty good and to be fair there are some really good tense scenes which stopped this being a total write-off. For me the final half hour was far more gripping than the first half so it's definitely a film that you need to persevere with to get any pay off. This isn't a bad film but it's not great either. If you're a fan of this genre and have a forgiving nature then you should find this sporadically enjoyable.

This film was absolutely awesome! I saw it on Amazon and watched the trailer and just had to watch it. I came home turned out my lights turned up the volume and was terrified. This film will keep on the edge of your seat and get you some moments jumping out of your seat. I give it an 8 out of 10 because it is deserving of that rating! If you find fear in animal attacks and cheap scares this is the film for you! Great plot line as well not cheesy at all. I'm not spoiling anything but I did not see the ending coming at all! Be prepared for a wild and spine chilling ride through the frightening woods even during the daytime! Exists will not only make you question going camping again but also question if "IT" really does exist!
