I enjoyed this movie much more than I thought I would. It had a strong lead on a great concept, well acted by young actors and actresses. Loved the vision of the story. Have you ever watched a movie and something glaringly obvious was out of place? This strange world where a person wakes up everyday in a different body had that Hollyweird twist where half the folks in it like folks of the same gender, instead of the 1% as reported by the World Health Organization or the 2% as reported by the CDC for the USA. Weird, twisted stuff. Too bad, would have been really good except for that huge misstep. It is like casting Kevin Spacey as an elementary school teacher or Oprah as a bulimic white girl. Too bad.

Multiple personality disorder may be a theme because a different body is a different transformation.

This movie was just wrong. Rhiannons character was too bold and A did so many things that never happened like break up with Justin, A would never have done that, ever. There are characters that don't exist in the books like her sister and alot of the insider view is left out that you could have gotten from a voiceover or internal monologue type of thing. So if you read the book, the movie doesn't make sense and is just aggravating. The worst part is if you haven't read the book you have no context of what's happening why is A falling in love with her why her it just doesn't make any sense and neither does who/ what A is until like halfway through.

I enjoyed two major films on the premise of person waking up in a different body everyday. However, in those films the new bodies were akin to wearing new clothes albeit they were every shape, size and gender. There was never any 'life' or 'family' attached to the new bodies. This tale is drastically different since we have a spirit or entity named A who possesses very real bodies including the body's family and life for one day. The film covered a major plot hole by allowing A access to the host bodies 'mind' i.e. he knew friends names and could cook as well as the one real host. The host, on the other hand, would have little or no recollection of events occurring when he/she was possessed for the day. This allowed for some interesting situations i.e. opportunity to 'save' a host from the upcoming dangerous situation. Most interesting we are told A has been body snatching since childhood, into male and female bodies so that we do not know A's gender...do spirits have genders? A fun, harmless tale, sans violence, but covering teen angst situations both at home and at school including sex, the latter taking place off screen. The ending scene was predictable and it worked. Just as in the other 'new body everyday' films the movie takes advantage of the situation offering up an array of genders, sizes, shapes of hosts making life a daily challenge for our heroine. Especially, since here the body snatching 'rule' requires the host be high school age.
