A movie script about an unrelenting stalker can't be sold or produce. The only genius involved with this film was whoever came up with the idea to make the stalker, oh, I don't know? A Zombie. I mean, everyone loves Zombies at the moment! How did this film not break box office records? Please don't waste your time watching this movie. Unfortunately I did it for you.

Everything that could be bad, is bad. The script. The direction. The dialogue. The acting. The overblown, unrealistic special effects. The worse part? They dared sully Romero's legacy. This review requires I say if there are any spoilers. Rest assured, there's nothing anyone can say that could spoil this movie.

I have no medical training or experience, but even I know a LOT of the things these 'medical students' were doing were wrong; No hair tied back in labs, didn't clean site before taking blood from patient, dealing with 'highly contagious' patient but not wearing gloves or a mask... Things like this remove any chance of become absorbed in a movie as they're just lazy and common sense.And this is before I even start on the acting. The lead's voice overs sounded bored, the acting was terrible from all concerned and the whole thing was just such a mess! In the opening scene the lead is walking down a street full of people being attacked. Just casually strolling and calling her mum. She doesn't think to be quiet or run away UNTIL she is being chased.I couldn't manage more than half an hour as it just made me so angry.AVOID!

I couldn't even make it past the first 15 minutes. I've watched some dross in my life. But THIS! The acting is so bad it is award winning. Do not do it you yourself! You've been warned.
