Blood and Bone has a very mediocre plot, the fighting scenes are quite good and the acting is nothing to criticize. I wouldn't say much about this movie, the opening scene delivers and does the job of hooking you right into the movie.Blood and Bone is a movie that had great potential to become something big.6.5/10

The main reason I wanted to check this movie out was to see Michael Jai White kicking ass. So if your looking for a movie where Michael Jai White kicks people in the face and do grappling moves. This movie might be for you, despite the overly corny underground fight aspect of this movie. And the awful acting, besides the villain. Sure, the choreography has it's cool moments but the cinematography isn't as good because of the budget restraint. It isn't a awful movie, but isn't really a flick worth watching. Overall, just watch it if you want to see Michael Jai White kicking people in the face.5.8/10

One of my favorite stars, since a kid when I saw him in Spawn.When it comes to action, Jai delivers. So when I heard bout this film and seeing the title name, I knew off back that i would enjoy it.Loved the humble yet confident vibe that he exudes throughout the film. Even the cocky moments at the end when he toys with James.I seen this years ago but over the last two weeks it's been airing on TV so i figure I'd write a review. Gave it 9 stars. For an action movie i think it deserves it. Not many people fight like Jai now a days.The story deliverance, dialogues here and there could've been better. Maybe had Jai struggle against Price a little instead of the curbstomp, though i did enjoy it.Hoping for more like this movie from Jai.

This movie is what I expected it to be, a not so deep martial arts film where an inmate gets out of prison and starts fighting in the streets but for a deep cause. The fighting scenes( the most important part of the film) where good but could be a little more interesting and last longer, the acting was mediocre and Michael stand out from the others. The plot is really cliché and not very interesting. It isn't very violent and lacks nudity so you can watch it with family, provided that the kids are older than 13 years old. You will not regret watching this movie but you will not remember it long after watching it either. Good film but not great!
