In Cameron, a group of hunters is attacked by a wild animal, and Charlie Cowley survives, but sees his brother Scott dying. Seven years later, his teenage nephew Derek Cowley steals the key of his stepfather's cabin in the isolated Fire Road 13, and travels with four classmates and his friend Sam to spend the weekend having a party with booze and sex. However, they are attacked by a Beast that kills his friends in a sadistic way. Sam and Derek survive, and they suspect that his stepfather, Mitchell Toblat, is a werewolf. When Charlie meets Derek and Sam, they decide to collect evidence to prove that Mitchell is the Beast and kill him, but Mitchell discovers their plot and chases the trio.

Saw this on a dvd in 2007. Revisited it recently on a dvd which I own. The movie starts in some African jungle wher a hunter is attacked brutally by a creature. Cut the scene n we get to c a group of teens heading for a cabin inspite of being warned by a stranger not to go there. There is sufficient gore n a lil bit of nudity but the scares were zero. There is no tension n the worst part is the transformation scene. It looked like a cartoon from the 80s. In fact the transformation scene from An American werewolf in London is still one of the best. There is a scene where a man is supposed to retrieve the stolen report n jus run away but the level of stupidity is annoying when he jus keeps on lingering in the place knowing there is a werewolf around.

First off I am a teenager, but take my word for it, i'm not one of those teens who liked Prom Night! This film was not half as bad as I thought it was, the story was done before but were you expecting something completely original? The pacing of the film was unique however i thought it seemed to drag a bit in the middle, some of the acting was good minus the male teenager lead. The gore in this film was pretty good. Nothing really jumps out at me I've seen most of it before; teen cast, gore, some jumps, some funny parts (sometimes I didn't think they were supposed to be taken as funny though) but overall i enjoyed it.Bad Parts This film was extremely cheesy, but i like that kinda thing, but some others may not. EG. The wolf talks! he does things like "I'll huff and i'll puff and i'll RIP YOUR GUTS OUT!" I did like the wolf costume but his lips didn't really move when it was talking and the cgi when he was turning in a wolf was pretty bad.Spoilers Ahead ( LOOK AWAY NOW IF YOU Don't WANT TO SEE ).You can pretty much guess whats going to happen throughout the whole film. I you know who would survive and die by the first 5 minutes in. They have the typical characters who you know are going to get picked off. Sluts, jocks, drunken teens but I really don't mind it as it's the same in every horror film. One part I remember the most is the sort of gold digging, slutty virgin girl gets humped by the wolf (Laughing into myself as i type) and her boyfriends says "She was a virgin..." and the wolf replies "Well she ain't' anymore!"With things like that happening you know your gonna have a pretty fun and time passing little film thats completely forgettable but really enjoyable. So thats why i would give big bad wolf 6 out of 10. For good gore effects and some laughable moments, big bag wolf would be a perfect film for watching on Halloween night with some friends.-Jordan :DI recently bought Big Bad Wolf in HMV for £4 (Not in the sale) its also on play.com for £2.99 in the price massacre collection so if you want to see this little cool film its not gonna break the bank.

I enjoyed this movie. It definitely had it's heart in the right place for a low budget horror film. The tone was just right, striking a balance between tongue in cheek and all out cheese. Any fan of horror will appreciate the nods to films of yesteryear... I spotted a load of them.I liked how it began with the old horror cliché of kids going out on a trip, ala Texas Chainsaw Massacre... A lot of the tone of the film was lifted directly from Evil Dead, with the cabin and POV shots... Not to mention the nerdy main character. Plenty of references to American Werewolf in London and the The Wolfman with Lon Chaney... Hell, even Crisp (yeah, Kindergarten Cop) talked and sounded like Freddy Krueger when he was in lycanthropic form...Anyway, good fun all around and funny when it wanted to be... There's definitely room for a sequel.Note: It's funny that this earned Australia's highest classification - R18+, simply because there were a few brief moments of tongue in cheek sexual violence... Sure, have as much gore and violence as you want... but sexual violence... They definitely don't like that here!

I remember living in Mississippi and learning about crayfish. "Just pop the head and suck it out," they told me. Well, here, it's rip off a leg and drink the blood. This werewolf movie has some features that I have not previously seen. I really don't remember any werewolf movie where the werewolf can hold a conversation. I certainly don't remember any werewolf that likes to rape; mostly it is just about eating, but this one has an active libido. Some really gory action as heads get punted, blood gets spattered, and the aforementioned rape. Blonds (Cassie & Jasmine) don't fare too well with this dude. Really good looking breasts in this film. Not for the squeamish.
