This film must be viewed from a certain point of view. This view would include taking out most aspects of a good film such as plot, good acting and character development. It also should not be compared to the original trilogy. Now that you have a laid back approach and presumably low expectations you can watch the film for what it truly is.Simple FunIf you are into exaggerated college parties, crude humour and exposed females as well as various other gags then you might just enjoy this film.

The later American Pie movies are basically nothing like the earlier, classic, ones. They are cheap, fast, cash-ins, on the success and the name of the earlier movies and are incredibly simplistic and immature ones. However I won't deny that these sort of movies definitely have an audience out there. Teenagers will most probably still have fun with this movie, especially when they watch it with a couple of friends and a couple of cold ones, if they are old enough for that of course.Really when judging this movie seriously, there is very little positive to say about it. The story is all over the place and is being filled with some highly unlikely events and characters. Really, if all schools and fraternities were like this, society would have crumbled down by now. And it's also obviously not being very realistic and actually a quite annoying thing how all of the girls are perfectly pretty ones and the guys all are well toned and can basically get every willing girl with a snap of their finger. But lets hope that nobody has the illusion that these sort of movies portray anything out of the real life and tries to be like any of the characters out of this movie. You could say that this movie serves its purpose well enough for the right audience but of course that just doesn't make this a good movie as well. But nevertheless, for what it is, it's still being a quite amusing movie, you just shouldn't think too much about while watching it. The movie didn't annoy me as much as the previous American Pie presents movie did but it's still being a pretty bad and definitely simplistic movie. These sort of movies probably feel more like an extended television series episode, with only some more nudity added to it than anything else really. Which makes you think; why haven't they attempted it yet to make a television series out of the American Pie franchise? It's probably cheaper to do so and you can potentially reach a wider audience with as well. The American Pie series have reach a level by now that the characters and stories feel way more appropriate for television than movie really.Switch your brain off, get drunk or just turn yourself into a young male teenager again, in order to get a maximum amount of fun out of this movie.5/10http://bobafett1138.blogspot.com/

Originally titled String Academy, this is the sixth installment in the never ending American Pie series. The undoubtedly worst too. This movie has more nudity and sex talk then all three original films combined. A complete an utterly work of trash spit into stores for people to buy for the hell of it. I hate to say it, but The Naked Mile seems like Best Picture worthy compared to this. This one is connected with previous installment The Naked Mile, both shockingly boring and gross, but this one barely wins. Most characters from The Naked Mile return in this one, some don't, but they give a clear explanation of why some don't so it doesn't come of as a surprise that they aren't here. However Erik, "Cooze", Dwight, (and sadly Eugene Levy) return.Erik is depressed because his best friend "Cooze" isn't in the same dorm as him for his first year in College. And it is revealed that Erik is recently dumped by his girlfriend Tracy, for another man. Erik is a shadow of his confidence now, and hopes to just take it light. A new brand of troubles embark after meeting his roommate, and finding his cousin Dwight is head of the Beta House.Dwight does everything in his power to get Erik and his friends elected into the house by doing endearing, and embarrassing tasks over and over again. The problem here is the jokes and nudity is about as bad as in The 18 Year Old Virgin. It's disgusting and virtually vile. I would be in my dorm studying when this would be going on.Despite all my friends loving this, and saying it's the best of the series. I feel it's the absolute lowest to sink to get people to laugh and just a joke. An insult to the first three films, and just the absolute worst thing I have seen in 2010, so far.Starring: Steve Talley, John White, and Eugene Levy. Directed by: Andrew Waller.

this film is a good entry to what has a become a very popular series as you may or may not now this is a sequel to the naked mile. it takes place one year after the events of naked mile and it now finds Erik going to the same collage as seen in the naked mile and Erik gets the chance to live with his cousin who is still the ladies man and is basically Steve stifler but in collage and they have to go up again the evil geeks. There are some funny bits in this like when Erik first goes in to his dorm room he sees his roommate and his girlfriend together Wesley the drinker always drinks way to much and can never remember the night before. overall this is the best entry since the American wedding 6 out of 10
