Like Roadtrip Eurotrip is all about the journey than the actual meeting only here it is cross country. This isn't as good as Road trip but that's not bad. Boy gets dumped by girl, boy has a penpal from Germany- a hot girl who he decides to pursue along with a bunch of friends. His adventures include hanging out with a bunch of Manchester United hooligans, going to a nude beach and a conclusion at the Vatican with the whole world watching. Eurotrip is a good teenage sex comedy though there isn't much in the way of sex. This is a fun movie to see with friends.

Ugh, one of the worst movies I've ever sat through. I wanted to turn it off after five minutes and it never got any better. Sure, there are a couple of mild laughs to be had, but this is an ugly and offensive movie. The story follows four recent high school grads who go to Europe for a summer trip. The protagonist (Scott Mechlowicz) has recently discovered that the German pen pal he thought was a guy was really a girl, and he instantly falls in love with her upon this discovery (it's totally because she's so smart and funny, not because she's so hot in the picture he has received). The other American characters are Scotty's smarmy best friend (Jacob Pitts) and a boy and girl twins (Travis Wester and Michelle Trachtenberg, the latter supposedly being a tomboy but they make not even the slightest effort not to make her incredibly pretty and girlish at all times). The four of them act entitled all around Europe, getting into various sexist and homophobic shenanigans. Fred Armisen's role as a grabby Italian is particularly ugly. Matt Damon (as a pop punk singer who is boning Scotty's high school girlfriend) and Jeffrey Tambor (as Scotty's dad) provide a couple of giggles, but this is just a nasty, nasty movie.
