All the Boys Love Mandy Lane Trailers

Beautiful Mandy Lane isn't a party girl but, when classmate Chloe invites the Texas high school student to a bash in the countryside, she reluctantly accepts. After hitching a ride with a vaguely scary older man, the teens arrive at their destination. Partying ensues, and Mandy's close pal, Emmet, keeps a watchful eye on the young males making a play for Mandy. Then two of the students are murdered.

A lot! This movie is rated as low as it can possibly go, and that is because these people rather watch a boring found footage, or drawn out take the whole movie to do something and nothing happens to the last 10 minutes and they call that better movie. That is where they are totally stupid and wrong.Sitting there watching the whole movie and nothing happens, that is a boring movie. That is a waste of time. At least thing had something happening throughout the movie. So sick of great movies rated low because of this crap. They should never be allowed to rate movies.Violence is always better than nothing at all happening. So sick of found footage praised, and boring nothing happening movies praised. This movie is about trying to figure things out and why and who is the killer, and when you find out, you are like whoa. Also, still this site does not force mandatory rate or votes. Still lame as heck, because it still shows bad reviews and ratings. How can they still want this site to suck because of that? I mean it does not suck but the ratings do. They will never be accurate because of this.

While it is all well and good to do "clever" films like Cabin in the Woods that de-construct the genre, the real challenge is to the film right from the getgo. Here I think the very talented director Jonathan Levine succeeds. Possibly the best slasher flick in decades.Aside from a really tight script, and direction/cinematography on par with a Hollywood "A" flick, we also have generally top-rate performances from the young cast.Of particular interest is Anson Mount, five years before Hell on Wheels, stealing every scene that is not otherwise nailed down.Years ago a reviewer said that the test of a good slasher film is whether, in spite of the body count, the viewer would want to be in the film because everyone seems to be having a good time time. This film passes that test.

Slasher films – the lynchpin of the horror genre... a handful of good-looking, interchangeable teenagers go, er, somewhere desolate where mobile phones obvious don't work then get picked off by locals/werewolves/monsters – take your pick. Here, in 'All the Boys Love Mandy Lane' the affore-mentioned interchangeable teens go to a country farmhouse in order to – well – get with (for use of a better term) the much-adored Mandy Lane (played by Amber Heard, before her romance with Mr Depp). Unfortunately, before any of them even make it near first base with Ms Lane, a nutter starts slicing and dicing them. Now, normally, there's an element of mystery surrounding who the masked killer is. Here, there isn't – here you basically know who the killer is straight away (and he doesn't ever wear a mask for very long). So don't expect to be guessing who-dunn-it with this one. One guy obviously loves the future Mrs Depp a little too much and has a novel way of dealing with rival suitors. So, there you have it – kids getting stalked and slashed – nothing new. And that's about it. Basically, you've seen it all before and there's nothing that will particularly amaze you (although I did quite l like the ending and thought it was a little different). However, if you generally like your slasher films then this one should entertain.Nothing special, but if you're a fan of the genre then it should fill an hour and a half of your time (although, personally, I thought Mandy Lane's mate was prettier than the – much sort-after – lead!).

Hmmm ... The only positive thing that I can say about the movie is the twist when it turns out that Mandy Lane is not what it seems when the other girl runs into her arms for protection ...I think that half of the movie nothing happens - and as the movie is short, some 80 minutes, that means that 40 to 45 minutes of the movie you get nothing... It is kinda strange that it is not entirely boring, but, nevertheless, it drags your attention.Tipical movie of the bunch of friends who disappear one by one. This is not a horror movie,as nothing is scary. It can be some kind of a lame psycho thriller as Mandy's best friend clearly is a psycho, though she is too. But the motives for their conduct is unclear...So, this is not totally awful movie, but you lose nothing if you skip it. Can not say one positive thing why should anyone watch it ...well, maybe some scenes of boobs flashing.
