This is a total classic like "The Princess Bride", "Clueless", or "Caddyshack". This is the only movie my boys and I will watch over and over and still laugh every time. We know all the words to this movie and it is so relevant to the way families live now. One of my favorite parts in the movie is when one of the twins look up from his video game and notices that they have arrived at the cabin. I love it! So hilarious, it is to bad there aren't more family oriented movies like this for us.

The script is not great. And the base idea is quite ridiculous. But it is fun. And quite creative at times. So don't ignore it. The animation is okay. And the dialogues are very good with a lot of slapstick. Beware tho of a very slow start when every participant is presented. If you can, you might just jump over to when they reach the vacation house.Contact me with Questions, Comments or Suggestions ryitfork @ bitmail.ch

This movie literally blew the cobwebs out of my system i laughed so much along with my daughter - please do not listen to negative reviews of this movie -its daft and funny and meant to be that way and the characters really gel nicely.I know its for kids but i seen it twice in a week it is so funny.Just take a look and make your own view but i can highly recommend this esp as a family movie. There is some funky tunes in this movie too esp Dr Love by Donnie Klang.9 out of 10 for making you laugh,

The extended Pearsons gather at their vacation home. They seem like an everyday bickering loving family. Then tiny little aliens come to enslave humanity and retrieve something from the basement. The 'kids' (Carter Jenkins, Austin Butler, Ashley Tisdale) are an energetic bunch who are slightly older than their characters. There is nothing surprising about this, but it's just reminiscent of every other kiddie movie. The adults (Kevin Nealon, Gillian Vigman, Andy Richter, Doris Roberts) are great comedians but are all under used. This is definitely a paint-by-number children's movie. It's harmless, but it's nothing special either.
