Scrape this show off my shoe. It has nothing to do with what actual real life working moms go through or what their experiences are like. The writing and jokes are stupid. The characters are awful and not relatable or likable in any way. I just hate this show. It makes us look worse, like a bunch of whiners who have so much more than most moms but just complain about it and see the negative. We don't need handouts and we don't need awful shows like this. Not only is it completely unreal it is not even funny! Who is this show supposed to be for? The five women in it?

Not only is this show using experiences that do not relate at all to the real experiences of working mothers out there, it is also completely unfunny and not even remotely entertaining to boot. Who are these women and who are they supposed to represent? They're whiny, they're privileged, they're unlikable and unfunny. Why are my tax dollars paying to make and broadcast garbage like this CBC? I'm insulted on at least two levels here.

The writing is witty, clever, and fresh, and the acting...wow, total gems in this show, everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE is perfect in their roles (special nod to Dani Kind who dominates the comedy)! This show is a must for anyone who enjoys comedy and great acting, and it really showcases how smooth a finish a show can get with an all woman crew behind the scenes. From Writing to production this show is refreshingly, beautifully finished.Go watch it immediately and stay tuned for when the 2nd series airs!

Just when you are ready to dislike a character, boom, they show their vulnerability and you are hooked. This show makes it okay to not be a "perfect" mom or parent for that matter without making it into a soap opera. I want to meet all of the characters and have them come hang out!
