Ashton Kutcher has a terrible accent and never was entertaining to me. On the other hand, Danny Masterson has a better accent and was always entertaining to me. The only reason why this show made it work was because of Danny Masterson who plays Rooster, Barry Corbin who plays Dale, and Elisha Cuthbert who plays Abby. Colt, the main dad of this show, and the other characters make this show banally dramatic. The main dad of this show can be funny sometimes but most of the time he just plays a dad treating his sons like robotic soldiers instead of the flawed people that they really are. It gets to be dramatic and not funny at all. Colt is way too predictable to me most of the time, so I gave up on him. Other than that, the repetitive cursing such as the f bombs get to be unrealistic and distracting more than attracting. Plus, the theme song of this show that starts somewhere at the beginning of each episode makes me feel bad instead of good. I want to feel good while watching a show, not the opposite of good.

I like it and you should too. But by the time you get to the 2018 season wow does it drag on and on and on and on. It stopped being funny. It stopped being a sitcom. You really want the episodes to be over.

I have noticed this show got a ton of bad reviews in the beginning as it does start off a little slow and cheesy. As you pwer through the first few episodes it gets sooo much better. It has a sense or realness to it it and not like these other sitcoms that are basically the same every episode. There's new problems that real people go through. This show definitely isn't for everyone but I can't get enough. I am counting down the days for part 6 to come out.

Love this show! Always a good laugh! Can be serious at times too but always finds a way to make a joke in there. Definitely would recommend and would easily watch again!
