I've been watching this show for years. I do believe there are ghosts, apparitions, etc. as I've seen one in my own home repeatedly. But she's not scary, at all. Why doesn't Amy ever see "good" spirits? It's always the negative energy. What bothers me about this show is that I don't believe for one second, that they (Amy and Steve) don't share prior to the "reveal". They need to mix it up. The crap at the beginning with the camera guy covering up things that might have an effect on Amy is getting old. Same show beginning. Over and over. I just simply FF through that part. The sketch scenes are the same over and over also. Has she ever said, "No, that's NOT what I saw"? I also FF through that part. At the reveal, when Steve confirms some of what Amy has said, why does she act so surprised? If she "saw" it, then she shouldn't be surprised, right? Also, I'm tired of the camera just focused on Amy's face before the reveal when it looks like she's just staring the home owners and not speaking. I am entertained by the show overall. I think they need to mix it up a bit. Steve also said he's never had an experience, AND nothing has ever happened during filming of the show. Shouldn't someone or something reveal itself during the show or reveal? Just sayin'!

I used to watch this show religiously. At first I thought it was a nice, refreshing new paranormal show. FIRST: Steve, is unbelievable as he is interviewing these people who are having negative hauntings. While he is "listening" to these people explain things, he has this look on his face as if he doesn't understand the English language. After the person is done explaining what has been happening to them, basically distraught, and sometimes, crying, this ex-detective stands there like he can't believe it at all ... and then asks the most disrespectful and dumbest questions ever: "have you been drinking" "are you taking drugs" "did you have the TV on"!SECOND: Amy, acts like a complete moron. Her facial expressions, her teeth clinching AND her constant swearing are disgusting. I stopped watching this show because this twit can't even get through an investigation without swearing. As the seasons went on she started swearing more and more. As of now she swears almost whenever she opens her mouth. It makes her sound like an uneducated hillbilly ... very unprofessional of her. LAST: The show is so perfectly edited together it makes the ex- detective and the foul-mouthed medium seem like they are spot on, 120% correct with all of their information. It's way to perfectly edited together.

I really like the fact that you learn some history of the location being investigated, and about the people who previously lived at the location. I like Amy, Steve and Matt. They seem down to earth and people you could carry a conversation with easily. I've enjoyed the episodes and Amy has been spot on many times. If there are discrepancies with what she has felt, she is not afraid to discuss them. I find the show relaxing actually. It's like meeting neighbors who just happen to live in a haunted house! A friend of mine used to live in a house on Indian burial grounds and you would hear some strange sounds there. We just got used to it and called the resident spirit "Bob". Luckily nothing bad happened and I guess "Bob" settled in. So, I look forward to the show on Saturdays and just find it a necessary plus to a week!

Wow, this is a hilariously bad show. As if the poor acting by the stereotypical NYC Detective guy wasn't silly enough, the phony paranormal medium Amy will seal the deal for gut busting comedy relief. Amy makes these stupid, goofy faces throughout the entire show, but at the end of every episode when the comedy duo sit at a table with the home owners, she makes these ridiculous facial expressions that leave me in stitches. As far as legit paranormal investigation goes....this show earns a negative 10 stars out of a positive 10. It's embarrassingly scripted & set-up. Tony De Italian Wah-La-Bah-Loo asks the folks what they're experiencing during the daytime & like a perfect Broadway play.....the camera cuts to Amy at night walking through the house & saying everything she is supposedly "seeing" , but its EXACTALLY THE SAME THING THE PEOPLE DESCRIBED......WORD FOR WORD. Amy has the power to talk to the dead & actually see things that happened in the past, but every episode ends with Amy telling these homeowners to call someone else to come & tell these ghosts, spirits & demons to leave ?!?!?! WT???? If this broad is THAT talented..she should be able to fix the problem herself !!!!! The show is an absolute SCAM....BUT...I gave it 5 of 10 stars for being a Comedy . It's hilarious !!! One episode is at the home of a black woman & Amy makes all these stereotypical "Black" faces(like..uh uh girl friend). I was praying out loud that these black women would call her out on it. Watch it for laughs...Weed helps
