I love the jokes. I love the scripts. I love the characters. This is one of those few comedies that truly captures its audience and stays with them after they've finished watching. This is not something you watch when you're in the mood for a serious story or want to see live action realism. This is one unbelievable scenario after another and often times plays into paradoxes. But that's what makes it so much fun. Also you have to give the creators credit for creating a new film media now known as "machinema". I think that's probably the greatest achievement of this show. I'm not a big fan of Halo, but I still love this show and all its characters. In essence if you like paradoxes and script based comedy then you'll love this show.

Red vs. Blue is a Machinima comedy series based on the XBox game Halo. The series takes place on an alien planet, where two armies, (Red Team and Blue Team), are at war with each other in the middle of a box canyon, (Blood Gulch). Although there isn't a lot of fighting, there is a lot of humorous bickering. I had the pleasure of viewing all 100+ episodes and spoof Public Service Announcements created by Rooster Teeth Productions. The writing and humor is BRILLIANT. The characters are well-developed and have their own distinct personalities. If you're looking for a good laugh and a lot of memorable quotes, I highly recommended watching this series on DVD. This is easily the most hilarious thing that has come from the internet.

You can't beat it. Burnie and Rooster Teeth Productions are awesome. Red Vs Blue is probably the funniest thing I've seen and is still going strong, already into their 4th season. If anyone reads this I definitely recommend going to the site RedVsBlue.com and watching the videos and even become a member of the site. Personally my favorite character is Caboose. He is the blue teams stupidest character and has some of the best lines in the series. I think Burnie Burns is a genius, and that his work with machinima should be respected and known about. Red Vs Blue's quirky, sometimes dirty humor, just makes you laugh uncontrollably for hours on end. And the Red Vs Blue community that has spawned from the series is also commendable. I can't wait to see what else Burnie and the rest of the Rooster Teeth crew can write, and I anxiously await this week's newest episode.

Red vs. Blue as a whole is not only one of the funniest things I have ever seen (not to mention it's based on HALO and HALO kicks ass) but it's also one of the most original and well.... just greatest movies I've ever seen. This movie sprouts some of the greatest and kick ass characters I've ever seen in one movie. It has the two dumb rookie Cabose and Donut (one from team red, one from team blue). There's the two love/hate birds Church and Tex. There's the Sarge, and the talking tank Sheela... just so many damned characters that you'll love them all. Even that ass kisser Simmons. The writing, profane, but smart will give you laughs all the way through. And even though the first one and all of them only come in at at and average of 93 minutes each; the whole thing together is a truly epic tale. Bottom line everything about these movies are great, they should've been in theaters. The whole thing put together can conger up with movies like the Godfather and Citizen Kane in my opinion. Like someone above quoted "You Need To See This Movie!" You'll probably like it even if you haven't played HALO. MY mom laughed, and even my dad laughed and he hasn't laughed at a movie since There's Something About Mary! Watch this, you'll love it!
