This is the end of the human race done right, it doesn't get caught up in how depressing it would be to be the last human and the zanyness gets better and better season by season with season 8 being my favourite by far and the mini-series in place of season 9 being the worst by far, season 10 does a bit of a hard reset, removing kochanski and while the episodes are better than the first few seasons they just aren't as entertaining as they used to be. Hopefully they bring kochanski back soon, she really helped round out the team and add new fodder for comedy

Such an awesome show, it has sparked a following around the globe. Especially here in the US.I hope to see many more seasons but regardless, thank you for the show thus far. It has been both entertaining and inspiring.Peace, -Unicorn

There's a small few of shows I love & Red Dwarf I've loved since I was a kid - season 12 comes out this autumn! A crew who are with their fellow piers on a mining ship one day, the next they're 3 million years in the future lost in space! Lister - loves his drink & curries, smoking, Kochanski, & in some odd way is a true hero; Rimmer - power obsessed, judgmental upon others, self destructive, oddly humorous; Cat - fashion obsessed, amazingly selfish, with a hint of humanity; Kryten - self obsessed human server, strangely entertaining, lots to offer; Holly - strangely forgetful yet very amusing forgetful ships computer...this show has evolved emensely throughout the years! If you love sci fi and comedy watch this - UK, forget the US as it's insulting they redid ours, it's truly a waste of time! Red Dwarf UK in my opinion is fantastic and has many hours of fun to offer!

Red Dwarf is arguably the best TV comedy that has ever been made. I was born in 1998 and thanks to my father i grew up with this brilliant show. The JMC ship Red Dwarf is a mining ship. Dave Lister, the lowest crew member on board is put into suspended animation to save his pet cat. He is awaken 3 million years later by the ships computer, Holly as a radiation leak wiped out the entire crew and the radiation had to be at a safe level before he could be released. Now he is the last human alive, along with the hologram of his dead bunkmate who he despises and the cat, a creature who evolved from Frankenstein. Along the series the crew face different problems and adventures along with a mechanoid Kryten who was saved from his ship in series 2. This is one of the all time TV shows that has ever been made and is a cult following all over the world.
