I have watched all of season one and most of season two of Quick Draw. All of the characters contribute a lot to the overall comedic effect of the show. Honey and Sheriff Hoyle lead the pack, of course in lovable hilarity. I find myself thinking of their scenes often throughout the week after watching the show. The humor is quite unique, I think. However, I especially appreciate the subtle humor that crops up. Specifically, I nearly rip a gut laughing when I remember a scene where, typically the town as a whole, has messed something up and the undertaker, Vernon, says to no one in particular, "Didn't think it through". This kind of understated comedy gets me every time. Thanks for helping my through my week, Quick Draw! NGM

This show is absolutely hilarious, old west humor at its best. The Sheriff his Deputy and all regular supporting roles are well played and seem to have a good time doing it. The sets are well constructed to give it that old west feel that you'd expect. I consider it to be like Blazing Saddles meets Gunsmoke with a Maverick twist. Too bad it was never shown on network TV it would have been a hit. My dad has been in law enforcement for over 25 years and he actually said he liked it and found it funny. He always liked westerns and comedies and this show is a perfect combination of the two. I sure wish that more seasons would be made.

I am having withdrawal waiting for another season of quickdraw but,I loved hemlock grove and saw it cancelled. I've read the gripes about it which come off as arrogant and silly at best. Girls.griping it's sexist ,critics saying it's too silly I'm sick and tired of.seeing great shows start and stop over and over.if you don't like it then.don't watch it and stop messing it up for those of us who enjoy shows brave enough to be different. The woman are strong characters and if you pay attention you see they are in charge.the black republican ladies are fantastic and again strong female leads.every actor plays their roles to perfection and are a joy to watch It seems as if they enjoy what they're doing and I hope the nay Sayers don't have me losing another great show.

Hands down, one of the funniest comedies on TV. Watching Quickdraw is like watching a great improv show. The cast members do an excellent job playing off each other; the script is witty, the jokes can be subtle and smart or in-your-face slapstick and silly. The show knows its audience and eagerly plays with the boundaries of adult humor set for a show not on HBO. The show takes on what could be difficult political and social issues and makes them hilarious regardless of where you are on the political spectrum. What other show on TV can successfully pull off discussing the dilemma of 'crotch rot' and the issue of women's suffrage in the same episode? Race, sexual orientation, women's rights, religion and sexual liberation are common show topics and Quickdraw deals with them all beautifully. The show is a modern classic in the making and a new reason to look forward to Thursdays.
