this show is not that bad, I like Lizzy Caplan and as usual, she is funny in her characters, perhaps she is doing the show as a favor for her new hubby :) .... yea is a bit sophomoric but not as horrible as other reviews will have you believe. Hey you already pay for Showtime subscription so why not?

This is simply one of the worst shows that I have ever seen. It is billed as a comedy thriller. It generated no laughs or even smiles. The None of the characters or relationships are believable, none of their actions make any sense. I watched all episodes believing that it HAD to get better but it never did. AVOID.

A bit of suspend disbelief... A few "coincidences" -- but if that doesn't bother you-- This is Great Fun! 3 lifelong friends find one of them has cancer, but won't use modern medicine. Two plot to "save" him--- against his will. Friends Kidnapping! You know how it goes "Chaos ensues"-- While it comes out "well" -- it doesn't end as you'd expect. Give it a try.
