I always use to watch Hey Arnold after coming back from school, and I enjoyed watching every episode of it. That's how good this show was. The great thing about Hey Arnold is not just the content, but also the message behind the show. It's a fine show for children, teenagers and adults to learn the true essence of life, and not many cartoons are like this, and that's what I love about Hey Arnold. The characters were amazing and unique: there are all kinds of them. The only thing I don't like about this show is that character named "Helga" - I can't stand her! I always prayed that Arnold never ever dates her or something. Arnold is my favourite character, and he's one of these characters that seems to be the perfect guy for everyone. He's a classic beta male. This show even had two fine movies that followed, and it's highly recommended you watch them. Nickelodeon should be proud of producing such a fine show.

Hey Arnold was about a sensitive caring football head who lives in a boarding house with his grandparents.Which becomes a big plot point left forever unresolved on What true my happened to his parents. What the show was able to do is show the lives of ordinary people and kids as they over come personal issues in a sitcom atmosphere.Take Curly who snaps at the push of a button and takes volleyball hostage like it was school shooting or chocolate boy's strange addiction to candy because his grandmother left played for laughs.Arnold usually serves as the mediator who the kids come to for advice since he's the voice of reason, wise beyond his years and very vanilla.Another character I found the heart of the show is Helga a beautiful gift that came in a plain box with a tough exterior she took out her anger on the other kids for her parents neglect. However she was sensitive, kind, wrote sophisticated stories and poetry based on her passion for Arnold. The show was special to me about the heart in the center of all the eccentric fun and of we treat others right you'll peel away the hate to find a good person underneath.Barrlett was a true genius who took a bunch of kids and places them in a gritty world without sex or violence keeping the true innocence you see in other programs for children.Nickelodeon had a true classic in their hands and will be stupid not to release the jungle movie to the up all the loose ends.

I loved Hey Arnold! when I was a kid, I think I was about 6 or 7 years old when it came out on TV in Australia, everyday after school I'd always watch it on ABC. Arnold is my most favorite character out of all the other characters in the show, he's a really cool kid with a heart of gold, he's so adorable! I also like Gerald, Helga, Lila and Stinky, Helga always makes me laugh when she always pulls out her locket and talks to it and then Brainy comes up behind her breathes heavily and then Helga knocks him out. Wish the show was back on Nickelodeon, I really miss the show heaps and I really hope there will be a Nickelodeon channel with all the old Nick shows from the 90's on it. So this show deserves 10 stars, best Nickelodeon show ever!
