I started watching this a couple weeks ago. I do agree that some of the subject matter is 'adult', but in all honesty most young children have no idea what they're talking about. Watch any Disney movie, there are plenty of adult jokes that go right over kids' heads. My 6 year old loves the show, my 7 year old has zero interest in it. It's cheesy and corny just like the original. If you weren't a hardcore fan of the original Full House, you likely won't get into this series. Loses a star because some of the child acting (jokes etc) seems a little forced at times & DJ's voice can grate on your ears, she can get shrill and high pitched when excited...It's great to see Jodie Sweetin's life improving, she was certainly on a downhill spiral for quite some time. Hopefully this show keeps her grounded. Candace Cameron Bure looks freakin' amazing for being 42. Overall a great nostalgic 'feel good' show.
... View MoreI was so excited for this show to be released because I am such a nostalgic person! I loved Full House as a child. We live in a culture of nostalgia. Everyone loves reliving the moments of their childhood. Most of the actors seemed to come back into their roles really well! I love the new characters as well! They bring a whole new aspect to the show! My only issue with this show is the excessive amount of adult jokes. If it were advertised as an adult show, I would have no qualms about it, but it is advertised as a family friendly show and there are many innuendos in it. Overall, its a great show, you may just want to watch it after the kids go to bed.

Definitely NO LONGER family friendly, as there are explicit references to sex and drug use, exposure to homosexuality, inappropriate promiscuity (to be a "family" show), DJ dating two guys at the same time (terrible example for her so called children), the acting pails in comparison, and the list goes on. I've only watched half of season 1 but have seen enough. Total disappointment. Another cliche and typical modern sitcom, nothing like the 90's that demonstrated real life issues and how to properly address them and even how to not.
... View MoreI'm a huge fan of Full House and pretty much grew up with the show so when they announced Fuller House I was immediately interested. And, honestly, it's great. I love that it's just a silly, fun, happy show. It doesn't take itself seriously at all (included lots of jokes poking fun at itself) and there is always a happy ending. Shows like this are rarer these days as the style of TV has changed over the years. This is a fantastic throwback to happy 80's TV and I love it!
