As a kid "Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers" was one of my favorite cartoons to watch. As an adult I still love it just as much as I did back then, if not more. This cartoon series is a true Disney classic from the late 80's/early 90's. It's funny, entertaining, and sometimes even gives moral lessons. It's a shame it didn't last longer.Chip is the leader of the rescue rangers. He's very responsible and very serious about his duties as a rescue ranger, sometimes to the point that the others accuse him of being too bossy or not knowing how to have fun. Dale is a devoted ranger but likes to goof around, which tends to get himself or his pals in trouble. Monterey Jack is a tough Australian mouse who has a lot of power, which is valuable to the team. Unfortunately he has an addiction to cheese that is triggered at the sight or smell of cheese, and this usually ends up causing trouble. Zipper is a housefly who is Monterey's side kick. Gadget is my favorite. She's an extremely brilliant mouse who can build almost anything from random stuff, much like Macgyver. Chip and Dale compete for her affection, though she usually doesn't notice as she is somewhat socially inept. Despite that, she is very caring towards Chip and Dale, and never prefers one over the other. Together the team investigates various mysteries that the police often don't or can't handle. As I said, this was and still is an awesome cartoon. I wish it lasted longer, but cartoons from that time typically lasted only 2-3 years. Still, it's a classic that I watch whenever I get the chance. This is true cartoon material. Most of the junk that's been coming out lately is stupid and poorly written. Shows like this are what it's all about.

id like to point out although i am younger than most of the original following i grew up on the reruns i always noticed Chip and Gadjet hitting it off was it just me or did dale always get in the way? but id really like to know what you guys thought on this subject? i am not certain about the newer cartoons because i am a bit of a purist and haven't watched them was never truly certain if that was just me or if other people saw it so imagine my surprise when i discovered that there was a debate online about them unfortunately it seems that the argument was eventually exhausted about the time i turned 12.... but i digress it seems that such apopular but underrated TV show when it ended did so with quite the uproar through extensive research i discovered that my letter i sent asking where the rangers went was merely a needle in a big stack of needles well i supposed I've vented long enough

i love the rescue rangers because they are smart crime-fighters and i think Disney has a great job and I love Chip and Dale and rest of the team. and maybe the whole world and love Chip and Dale Disney needs a help from your friends. But sometimes Fat Cat hates the rescue rangers he always captured them and that why i love the rescue rangers and i watching them right now. including the Rangers signal and this is the great way to watch them so i can call out Rescue Rangers away. do i like in the rangers is the leader Chip because he is just like Mickey Mouse. And i can't wait for the volume 2 of the rescue rangers so i can buy in disneyworld.

Though essentially a children's program, Chip N' Dale's Rescue Rangers possesses that wonderful quality which makes it enjoyable to both young and old alike. The story follows four noble-minded rodents and a house fly who solve mysteries and generally help people, and others, in need. The villains are often hysterical and their diabolical schemes hilariously absurd. There is physical comedy aplenty and enough action to keep the wee ones interested. Meanwhile, the not-so-wee ones will be recognizing referenes to everything from Rocky and Bullwinkle to The Fly. The voice acting is clever, and the charaters are easy and likeable.Of the five main charaters, Chip is the sharp-witted, responsible one. That of course means he often has to play the unfortunate straight man to the others' hijinks. Dale is the silly, fun-loving one who likes to play jokes (usually on Chip) and basically have a good time. Monterey Jack's the affable, adventurous Aussie wth a nose for trouble and even more so for cheese. Monterey's "little pally" Zipper the housefly courageosly performs feats above and beyond the call of duty of a "household pest." Gadget is the MacGyver of the group. She's an absent minded, though unquestionably brilliant, engineer who can make just about anything out of practically nothing. It's fun. It's funny. It's the Rescue Rangers. Enjoy!
