This is absolutely THE BEST animated comedy of the 2010s. I don't understand how it was cancelled. From the comedic minds of Tosh and Spongebob; this show delivers a pack-a-punch in every stanza. I've snarfed so many drinks while watching this my monitor looks like Old Gregg's stockings. Malloy is hilarious, Woody is a great cast to bounce comedic genius off of. Each episode gets better and better. There is intellectual dialogue, slapstick, and punchlines that remind me of mid 2000s South Park and Family Guy. The show has extreme gore, wonderful language, and original plots. Each character is used perfectly, and the actors NAILED their performances. I wish all shows were as fresh and fun to watch as Brickleberry.

The production is about four forest/park rangers, their boss and a talking bear. It has running jokes that carry through the series and sometimes are unfortunately repeated. The extras also repeat themselves. This is a continuation of adult cartoons with over-the-top politically incorrect, stereotypical humor which for many may leave something to be desired. Like South Park, if you haven't been insulted, wait for the next episode. There does not seem to be any limits as Native Americans, blacks, gays, and people with drinking problems, all get offended in the first season. The running joke about Connie's gurgling vee gets old. I am sure we will eventually discover her surname is Lingus and only Mallory the talking bear will understand it...that is the style of adolescent humor the series incorporates. How I long for the sophistication of the "Oblongs." Guide: My version had the "F" word beeped out. It does use the "D" "S" and SOB words. Sex is frequently shown. Nudity is covered.

When a cartoon purports to be dark and off the wall humor, for it to be good it must have certain aspects. Something like South Park does this very well because the jokes make sense, and all connect to what the main topic is about for each episode. South Park is able to adeptly blend offensiveness into it's humor to create it's trademark style, and sheds life onto many problems this world has, but in a clever way. What isn't clever, is slapping in random offensive jokes just to get a laugh, and that's what BrickleBerry is. There is nothing edgy about this show, it's just South Park's humor but dumbed down to even more child like levels. Like I said, I don't mind offensive humor, but there are times when one of the characters says something offensive, and the other characters just stand there staring at the speaker for like 10 seconds. This is supposed to be time for me to laugh, but I never cracked a smile throughout the whole thing. The animation is awful, it's like if Family Guy was made by a high school student. and that's really a pretty good analogy for the show as a whole. They throw in jokes they EXPECT you to laugh at, but they are just weird and uncomfortable. Blatant racism, sexism, and drawn-out awkward moments, this show is the worst.

Pretty unfunny, cringe-worthy in some situations.Characters have no depth other than spontaneous reaction humor lifestyles. Maloy is probably the only one with character but thats because his character is sheer IDGAF; a Bender character. It's probably on comedy central because of Tosh.0's success and Tosh's support of the show on his show directly, I imagine he's regretting it now. I gave the show a 3 because they try to push the boundaries of whats comfortable on TV which is progressive for comedy central but its undermined by how hard on the eyes the show actually is to watch.
