I was really excited when I read "senior citizens prank youngsters" but when I started watching it was so bad I couldn't believe my eyes Every joke is unfunny and trying too hard. To top it all every single episode is filled with them making sexual jokes about how bad they wanna have sex with youngsters. I have no clue why this show is still on air and why they haven't canceled it..it's just taking extra space. It had so much potential but they ruined it with 1930's jokes. No one wants to hear about how a 80 yrs old woman have sex slave who is 20 yrs old..it's disgusting. All prank shows I've seen in past are funny except this one. I wish they spent more time in writing quality pranks and didn't fill it with sexual jokes. Another thing I hate about this show is that they try to make youngsters look like bad guy but then you watch their prank and it's so annoying. I hope this gets canceled. I wasted 3 hrs watching it and didn't even smile once...that's how bad it is.

I can only assume they're mostly written by teenagers and/or Californians who have no clue to what real life is really like. I find this show to be a nice form of light entertainment.Chill-out cyberpunks and enjoy life! Spreading disdain and criticizing EVERYTHING that you yourself cannot do doesn't make you interesting. It just makes you sad. Thanks for the laughs, Betty!!!And for the comments about the the people being "punked" never finding-out that they've been "had", I'm PRETTY sure they have to sign a release for them to be aired.Yep... nothing "common" about common- sense anymore!!

The main point the show tries to reinforce -- the elderly are sexual. One or two jokes or skits making that point would be enough, but that theme is emphasized over and over. The copious times the actors make passes at much younger people gets old. Also, too many of the candid-camera moments seem designed to cause discomfort in 20-somethings. Young people, trying to be helpful and kind, are harassed at times, in ways that I really don't find funny. I realize that later they are informed it is a TV show. Some of the hidden-camera vignettes are funny and innocuous, but I would prefer the producers used fewer that rely on intentional humiliation.

After only watching the first couple of episodes, i find myself wiping the tears of laughter from my eyes as i climb up off the floor from laughing so hard. Not all the skits are hilarious--White has enough foresight to back-load the majority of the funnier skits towards the end of the show, while the earlier ones that don't quite get there are bracketed by light enough bits that its hard to notice. The team she's working with here is outstanding. I have no doubt that Lorne Michaels is kicking himself for not grabbing these talented performers for SNL years ago. After watching the first episode, i found myself wanting to see some bits taking advantage of the youthful misconception that age equals frailty (in areas other than sex--which misconception White and her team successfully challenge.) There are a number of world class athletes out there that happen to be seniors. I'd love to see White take advantage of their skills and talents to really challenge the younger generation's world view. The skateboard skit in the second episode does this somewhat, but i'd like to see this go a lot further. These first couple of episodes are real comedy gold. The biggest question it poses to me is: Can she keep it up?
