I am a fan of Alicia Silverstone and Mena Suvari and specifically glad to see Alicia's comedic timing in a drama/comedy used well Mena also is well cast and enjoy seeing them in this pretty show. Having experienced the 70's rather intimately, the comments that say the show does not reflect the era is quite true. Alicia's character having the strength ( at least at this point) of walking away is not so typical of the time, but nonetheless admired and as a TV program setting some lessons it works. Mena's character discovering her boyfriend is gay in the 70's would make her react much more dramatically. but still I am a fan so and it is a TV show. Just the writing could be better. Jennifer Bartels turns to meaningless sex for her escapes I knew women and men exactly like that back then. Overall would like to see the real affects on "Diana's Children which it seems to me has been glossed over and adjustment so far "I get now mom he is a a-h) some of that could be funny and much could be very emotional. I guess it's with the writer's oh well.

... View MoreI love this show. Alicia Silverstone will get an award for her acting. The story line is great.
... View MoreIf you don't mind a guilty pleasure ignore the bad reviews. People are looking way too deeply into the show. The "poor acting" is on purpose, and it's meant to be entertaining not get you to think. The style is super cool and accurate as well.
