This strikes me as a better version of the hunger games, they actually creates a fascinating future society that reflects whats going on in our current like a bent mirror. Now this is certainly not perfect but its good enough to be funDont try use the english dubbs use subtitles or else you might just as well not bother watching this, it makes that big a difference.

So far, the only versions of the second season I can find are dubbed, horribly. If you can find a version with the original language it might be watchable, season one was a decent time passer. But I refuse to put up with dubbing, the heck with banning guns, ban dubbing first.

Although the premise can be compared with the Hunger Games or Battle Royal, 3% is a very deeply disturbing series, especially because it presents a very understandable and coherent 'society'.It's purely meritocratic (everybody gets a chance) elitism (ubermensch) society, combines apparent fairness with fascism and is strong critique on our current society.
