Attempting to transfer a dangerous criminal, a group of Interpol agents find their quarry interrupted by a viral outbreak in a small Serbian town turning the residents into bloodthirsty zombies and must outwit the creatures in order to carry out their mission. This here was quite the impressive and wholly enjoyable zombie effort. What really gives this one a lot of enjoyment is the mostly Action-film mentality this utilizes throughout here by basically making it so that there's almost a non-stop stream of attacks and encounters throughout this which is quite a bit of fun. With the opening chemical release coming in the early minutes of the film and basically forcing the fun escapes at the train-station, it turns into a rather fun series of encounters with the convoy coming under attack while out in the open roads as their truck-stop diner encounter where they first come under true attack by the creatures with the gutted zombies coming towards them with their inner organs falling out which is a highly impressive visual. Likewise, the majority of the film's fun action-packed encounters come from its two big set-ups as there's the assault on the abandoned police station with the other survivors there to help in taking out the creatures, assisting the barricades and generally making for an extra few bodies to pile up in terms of kills with the ravenous zombies breaking in and then taking on the group in a strong series of firefights that's highly enjoyable with all the bloodshed and wounds doled out in here. The other big scene is the attack at the end at the train-yard where the remaining group members try to get through the trap laid out for them by the hordes of zombies and fight off the resurrected creature in the midst of the rescue attempt which manages to be really fun with the great use of weaponry tactics provided that makes for a rather fun time in this to end it on a nice high note. With all the other encounters provided by the lone gunman who wanders throughout the city killing off the various creatures found in here, it makes for an even more thrilling time with this giving the film a little more pace and time to balance out their mission until they finally get to the creatures which gives this a lot to like from the action-packed encounters. Being filled with great-looking zombies that are suitably rotting and grotesque which makes them look all the better against the graphic, blood-splattered carnage, this film has a lot of positives that hold this up rather nicely. There's not a whole lot really wrong here, and the majority of that tends to come from one area in that the film's action scenes are so horribly overdone with the shaking-camera styled shooting and rapid-fire editing that it's nearly impossible to make anything out here. The action scenes here are so chaotic and messy that a lot of the fun tends to get washed away here as this one whips through a dizzying assortment of camera tricks trying to inject unneeded life into the proceedings when it would've been just as fine to keep the camera stationary and just let it play out as it does. Along with a few instances of being overly obvious of its budgetary constraints at times, its' all that really holds this one back.Rated R: Extreme Graphic Violence, Language and Nudity.

Fantastic retro zombie flick , if this had been made in the eighties it would stand amongst the greats of that period. Very grainy and seductive portrait of a zombie influx. Great retro acting set in Serbia , lots of bad critics on here , I think they have only seen walking dead and the like. This is from a diff era , the classics , where zombies move slowly and there is a steady deep interweaving plot which thickens with tension just like in the original zombie films. This film is nothing but pure retro class , amazing that there are film makers out there today willing to put themselves on the line to create a masterpiece for those of us who know what zombie visions really are . Had nightmares after this film for two days which tells you just how amazing this piece of Serbian film work is. Masterpiece.

While en route to Pancevo, Serbia to pick up a dangerous "prisoner" (played by Emilio Roso) some Interpol agents find themselves in the middle of a zombie outbreak and realize that their new mission is now just trying to stay alive. Anyway, for a low-budget, Serbian zombie movie this particular film wasn't too bad. The special effects were adequate, the action was brisk, the plot was decent and I liked the performance of Kristina Klebe (as "Agent Mina Milius") and to a lesser extent that of Ken Foree (as "Agent Mortimer Reyes") and the aforementioned Emilio Roso. But the script wasn't that good and I couldn't stand the role of the insane warrior known as "Armageddon" (Vukota Brajovic). Way too hokey. Be that as it may, while I am probably giving this movie a bit too much credit I must say that I have certainly seen worse zombie movies than this. Accordingly, I have rated this movie a little higher than most reviewers. Having said that however, I should also point out that I enjoy movies in this genre and I appreciate it when the director (in this case Milan Konjevic and Milan Todorovic) tries to make a straight zombie movie rather than something supposedly humorous—or even worse—a film that tries to be "so bad it's good". In any case, I can understand it if others don't share my opinion concerning this specific movie. Again, it may be something that only zombie fanatics can appreciate.

If this movie is translated from the Croatian language or, even better if the movie is filmed somewhere in Croatia, that would made this movie much better for "dabby1". It seems to me that to you is particularly bothered by the fact that movie is recorded in Serbia. I honestly looked much better films than this, but this movie is not as bad as you wrote, because I watched much worse movies of this genre than this one.Movie has interesting scenes in which I enjoyed, that makes it worthwhile to look.
