The magic part was really good and one of a kind. The idea of kids that from the normal world finds out that they have magic is getting old. This film kind reused ideas that was came from older films. This film was missing what makes t a one of a kind film. The acting was so/so. One of sister was driving me nuts;. The ending and plot was really good.

You can't make a movie based on a book and not even call it the right thing. It's T*witches not twitches. Second off, Alex's character in the book is so much different.I just hate it when someone makes a movie based on the book and changes it. To me that's just something you don't do. The casting was done well, I think everyone played their part well. But when you take a teenage book like T*witches and turn it into a movie, people are going to want it to be almost exactly like the book. At least in my opinion. It was an OK movie if you didn't read the books. Hopefully the next movie will portray the books better, and show the characters for how they really are, not some sugar-coated characters because maybe they didn't want to cut and dye their hair.

I have to say that I have never before read the books or anything about twitches until I saw the movie but I think it is the worst movie ever! The idea of the movie was great but everything else was crap! The time from the girls meeting to all the drama was so accelerated that my head was spinning so fast. As a matter of fact everything in the movie seemed to happen so fast. I love Tia and Tamara mowry in sister sister and even other movies but they seemed out of their depth in this movie because their acting was horrid and ghastly. From the comments by the other members of this website, I can only begin to imagine how far the movie steered away from the original books and i think that is such a shame as the storyline had so much potential. When will people learn that when making a movie based on a good book, don't change too much, because chances are that people like it that way! Needless to say, I cringed throughout the entire movie and i am not going to subject myself to that torment again. Fool me once, shame on the makers of the movie, but fool me twice, HUGE shame on me for being so gullible and idiotic!

This movie was a complete rip off of the original book. It was a great book, and they did almost nothing the same. The characters are nothing like the originals, the plot is a little similar, but, very different. Yes, of course, movies are always different then the book, but this is stretching it. I cant bare to see the author's face when she saw this. Maybe, just maybe, she was happy with it. But, I truly, doubt it. I give the whole thing a thumbs down. But, the plot they took, and called it Twitches was actually okay, so as for the plot they created, I give it a five. The only thing I really noticed was the same was that they met, way after birth. And that they are witches. But, of course, Alex and Cam are 21. In the original, they were in high school.
