Cicely Gerber (Janel Parrish), Sarah Algrenn (Emily Tennant) and Nina (Carly McKillip) attend Eve Spalding (Alexia Fast)'s 16th birthday sleepover party. All Eve truly wants is a call from her dad. Outcast Liza 'Rat Girl' (Scout Taylor-Compton) shows up after being forced by their parents. Trouble maker Chapin Wright (Britt Robertson) demands an apology from Liza for some reason. Chapin suggests a game of Triple Dog where the girls dare each other and failure means a shaved head. In flashbacks, Liza and Chapin's conflict is revealed and there's a mystery of Stacy St. Clair (Julia Maxwell) supposed suicide. The story is somewhat an after-school special. The dialog is pretty cheesy. The only reason to watch this is the cast. Britt is the bad girl but she's not that believable. She's pretending and it shows. Without a scarier villain, this is just a bunch of little girls pretending. The story should be darker but the movie fails to get there. In the end, the girls are all nice and it's a happy ending.

Eve is celebrating her 16th birthday and invited a few of her friend at home for a little party including a weird girl Liza. Also her BF Chapin, a rebel and and full of guts chick that like to ride with the skateboard. Everything is good until she decides that she wants to leave because she is bored and attracts the other girl in a game similar to "Truth or Dare" but the rules are different and the consequences if one of them refuse to do a challenge are more drastic. They start the game each having a task to do but requires much nerve and Eve hears a rumor in witch a colleague has committed suicide throwing from a bridge but Liza believes that the girl didn't jump and in fact Chapin is the one who pushed her. Until the end of the game, they find out what really happened and only one of them fail to accomplish her challenge so she must suffer the consequences. For an audience with the same ages as the girls in the movie and for those who have the same ideas for fun it will be a pleasure to watch. Many considers that the film is bad and who will think this it must be the kind of person who enjoys only truly good movies.

On the birthday of Eve (Alexia Fast), she welcomes her friends Sarah Algrenn (Emily Tennant); Cecily Girber (Janel Parrish) and Nina Spalding (Carly Mckillip) at home. Out of the blue, the outcast Liza (Scout Taylor Compton) also comes to the party and later the troubled student Chapin Wright (Brittany Robertson) joins the girls. Chapin feels bored and proposes a "triple dog" game, where each one of them is challenged to do something bad. If the girl refuses, she would be head shaving. The girls spend the night playing pranks until they learn the truth about the suicidal jumper Stacy St. Clair (Julia Maxwell), who had jumped off from a bridge and found dead miles away."Triple Dog" is one of the awfulest films about coming of age that I have ever seen. The story is stupid from the very beginning, with teenage girls that have problem of relationship among them gathering and playing an absolutely silly game. This is not the only film that I see with this kind of game and I can not judge whether it is popular among American teenagers but it is so pathetic that the plot can never work.Brittany Robertson is gorgeous and acts well, but the screenplay does not help her. However, the worst is the quantity of fake reviews to mislead the IMDb Users. I found strange how a viewer might like this flick and I found that most of them belong to people with only one review to promote "Triple Dog". My vote is one (awful).Title (Brazil): "Verdade ou Conseqüência" ("Truth or Consequence")

Totally great movie!, despite the couple of hate reviews, they are probably some "twilight" lovers who got disappointed with this movie, this one got really good characters, gorgeous girls, fun, drama, great acting (not like Kristen Stewart, thanks god!) everything you need for a good movie.Yes the end is a bit predictable (actually, it was kind of a surprise for me), but that doesn't make the film bad, the direction is very good, you never get bored even if you know what will happen next. So, if you love the twilight saga and those kind of crap, you will hate this movie for sure... If you are looking for some good and different stuff, this is for you.
