When I first saw the add for the film I knew what I was getting into, but I didn't expect how raw European film making can be. A story about a woman caught between two worlds with an adventure so true to life; I was on the edge of my seat. Every turn was as shocking and serendipitous as the next. The Mystery behind Thelma past and identity was as shocking and touching as teddy bears eating rum ice-cream on a coaster ride. Thelma's masked emotions are just the tip of the iceberg as she gets a stranger to drive her to her would be destiny and yet optimistic tragedy. This film opens your eyes to a world that so little is known about worth the watch if you like subtitles, strong drama and titillation. In the end I loved the film, but consider the fact I'm very bohemian.
