The first time i saw this movie was in school and it was very entertaining. if you enjoy Matthew perry than watch this although unlike friends the whole nine yards and the whole ten yards his role in this movie is very serious. but there are some funny parts where Matthew perry is being Matthew perry. this film believe it or not is based on a true story and has a delightful and happy ending. the film is about a teacher named Ron Clark who wants to teach a class that went through 6 count them 6 teachers before winter break and plans to turn these kids from bad students to good students. i recommend this movie to have a really good time.warning: if you are uncomfortable with child abusement than you might be skeptikal about watch this movie because there is a scene of child abusement maybe 2 rated PG for violence and profanity 1hr 30min/90min****/****

OK, so you might have seen such movies before too, but tell you what, this one will be right at the top among them for sure. Reasons: 1) The storyline and subplots are excellent, i mean the way the story is handled, it is extremely feel good type... 2)Being a true story just adds to the cool factor, the moments are actually as if you are living them yourself. This is actually a must see movie. What more, if it hadn't been a "TV movie", i am pretty sure it might have fetched some Oscars too. Have to praise Matthew Perry too, i have been among his fans, but still have to say that he gave a performance beyond my expectations. Now i can say that Matthew Perry can and has come out of Chandler Bing's aura. Get hold of it as soon as you can, assure you, you don't wanna miss this one..!!

Great story, great acting and what a shame it was only made for TV, maybe and just maybe because it's for TV, it was given the opportunity to tell a story with excellence, emotion and great merit, with none of those Hollywood type of rubbish.Matthew Perry has been a great actor, not just a comedy actor. His portrait of Ron Clark has brought the character down to earth, told as it is.I did not know anything about Ron Clark before watching this film, yet after watching it, I felt as if I were there, in Mr Clark's very own classroom, that's what a good film should be. Not just for our eyes and brains but for our hearts.Now I only wish Mr Clark had been my teacher.

I have seen it 6 times times and each time i see something that i miss the last time. It is so real and it keeps your attention and wow it was good. Matthew Perry was excellent in it and the children in it just made so real. I like the rules that he had made for the class and the way he stuck to them too. My daughter liked it when he had to drink the chocolate milk but they did learn. I also like it when he did the teaching of the Presidents that he did it to rap. It just is written so well and i know some of my friends that seen can relate to it as they grew up in that area. I hope that it eventually will come out on DVD as i would own it then.
