If you see reviews on here with scores of 8, or 9, or 10 saying that this is a great film....trust me they are not real.I am a fan of bad sci fi, normally they are watchable for what they are, cheap and fun. This is just dire. I mean truly dire. The script is worse than anything Lucas could have written, I felt sorry for the actors as I was watching it.The combat scenes are laughable - highly trained and experienced combat troops stood in the open charging (yes charging) at baddie robots than somehow can not calculate the angle and trajectory to hit a man stood up 2 metres in front of them. The incursions into the bad guys base are basically attacking the same half destroyed warehouse/factory from different angles, and then managing to survive behind a piece of cover, that wouldn't save you from a 6yo girl throwing bean bags at you, for about 3000 bullets. If my mates had made this movie with their own cameras and bodged it together on a PC, I would have said well done. But for someone who is a respected member of the industry (Jesse Johnson is one of THE goto guys for stunt work) to make this and then actually sell it is just unacceptable. As others have said, its got every crap cliché in it, yet somehow he has made each one even more crap. Some films are entertaining in their badness, this is not one of those. Put it this way, it makes Uwe Boll look good - that is just how bad it is.To conclude, this IS the worst film I have ever seen, and has zero entertainment value, and maximum utter waste of your time value. One other thing, how does IMDb allow the blatantly spoof reviews to stay on here??

Don "The Dragon" Wilson to date hasn't appeared in any movies since this one was made. After watching this movie, I could understand why he might be reluctant to appear in more movies after this one. He looks haggard and tired here, really showing his age (which may explain why he's not pictured on the DVD box despite being the lead character.) While you may think he'll do his trademark martial arts skills, surprisingly he hardly does any such moves (yes a Don Wilson movie with almost no martial arts!) What really destroys the movie, however, is the low budget and the inadequate screenplay. The photography is poor, many locations are obviously sets, and the story doesn't really make a lot of sense. Is there anything worthwhile here? Well, some battlefield scenes are surprisingly well done. You actually feel like you're in the combat zone watching them, and they feel really realistic. However, since these scenes only take a few minutes of the movie's 94 minute running time, it's not worth going through the long slog to see them.

The initial 20-30 minutes of the movie was fair entertainment on a limited budget. But the contrast with the last 30 minutes was ridiculous. In the first part, an elite mostly human super-soldier platoon is crushed by the bad guys in stark black suits. They are barely able to pick a few off here and there. In the last part, one super-soldier is able to decimate the ranks of the supposedly elite new model of drone. There are all the usual problems of the bad guys behaving stupidly while supposedly being elite, guns that never run out of ammo, explosives that just happen to be planted to take out only the baddies etc etc etc. After a while this gets tedious. But there is nothing much else to fall back on. Nobody we develop real feelings about. Sackhoff does her gamey best to breath some life into this but it's not really enough. There are flashes of entertainment but overall the movie is low wattage and prosaic.

Don the Dragon Wilson stars as a soldier trying to battle the sentinel police robots that were suppose to watch over mankind and instead sought to wipe us out. He hooks up with a girl and a dog and try to win freedom...Been there done that film is okay, but suffers from a total lack of reality. Nothing looks real, this is not a post apocalyptic world and the drones are little more then men in suits and it all looks fake taking away a great deal of fun. This might have been something had it been set in a world you could believe in. Wait for the SCIFI channel showing because you know its coming.
